106: The Quarrel Between The Two Wives

Arthur opened his eyes when the glint of the morning sun entered through his bedroom window.

He groaned as the hangover struck his head like a truck. He regretted drinking too much at last night's party.

"Good morning, master Arthur."

As she already knew Arthur's habits on that day, his loyal servant, Yin, came to the room carrying a basket of warm water, a towel and a toothbrush made from a tree branch that had been pounded on the tip to reveal its fine fibers.

"Good morning, Yin." Arthur yawned so wide, as he grabbed the warm towel.

He felt much fresher after he washed his face and brushed his teeth.

"Anyway, where are Hui Ying and Fei Yue?"

"The queens were in the courtyard right now. Arguing about who is most entitled to be the head of this palace household."

Arthur head palmed himself, he knew that his wives would argue about this matter sooner or later.
