130: The Inhabitants

As they venture further amidst this desolated plain, Arthur sees the remnants of the great civilization.

To his surprise, although everything in his view was nothing but destruction, the ruined buildings' design looked very futuristic and otherworldly.

The landscape is dominated by towering buildings that seem to reach the heavens, but now lay in ruins and consumed by overgrown and lifeless vegetation.

The air is thick with an unnerving silence, only disturbed by the occasional howl of mutated beasts that roam freely both on the ground and in the dark skies above. These creatures are grotesque and malformed, twisted by the harsh conditions of this forsaken land.

The streets are deserted, and the few remaining signs of life are eerie and unsettling. Ruined vehicles litter the roads, and broken street lamps cast long shadows over the abandoned buildings.
