Chapter 69 Catching Damien

　　“ Mr. Stark, you have mistakened Emelia.” Alger tries to stop Cody from smothering me.“ Shut up!” Cody turns to Alger and growls. “ She is my slave, not yours. I can do whatever I want to do to her! Get out!” Alger stares at Cody, but he doesn’t move. Maybe he knows that I will be smothered to death if he leaves.

　　“Mr. Stark, Emelia is not the murderer. We have already caught the real murderer, Damien.” Cody looks up at Alger. “ She is the real murderer. I have seen it with my own eyes. I have told you before I fainted.” Alger gazes at Cody steadily. “ She was framed. Mr. Stark, can you please let her go first? I will tell you what the fact is.” Cody’s eyes turn between me and Alger several times. Finally, he lets me go. He half closes his eyes and bury most of his head into the pillow. “ Go ahead.”
