Chapter 5: The Wolf and the Sun

William and Theodore looked up at the large monster as it looked down at the two of them.

The large spider carefully moved around at the trees as its eyes never left the two of them.

Theodore quickly raised his rifle as he fired at the spider as William rushed at it. Quickly, the spider moved through all of his shots.

William followed closely behind the large spider. Theodore' continued his barrage at the spider as William ran towards it.

Jumping in between the trees William willia used both of his weapons as climbing tools as he jumped in between the trees. Taking a large leap forward, William repositioned himself as he aimed both of his rblades at the large spider.

William stabbed the spider at the spider's back. The spider let out a pained screech, the two of them fell down the large tree foliage.

The spider tried to bite William as the two of them fell down. Willliam avoided all of the attacks that the spider attempted at him.

Grunting, William repositioned himself as he dug both of his weapons deeper inside of the spider. The two of them finally fell down to the ground floor.

Quickly moving, William grabbed one of the handles of his blades and then suddenly twisted it. Causing the spider to let out a more pained screech. it was quickly put out of its misery as a bullet passed through its skull.

Turning around and looking up to Theodore up above the tees.

William smiled as he silently thanked him and looked back down at the spider.

It had green eyes like one of the four spiders that he and Theodore were facing earlier, only older.

There were other differences but William didn't bother to know the finer details, but why did the ground look like it was moving.

"Tell me… did the ground just look like it just moved." William asked.

"Huh, what do you mean?" Theodore asked as he looked at the ground around William.

The ground below him shifted slowly as Theodore slowly came to the conclusion that it was not safe for him.

"You should get out of there. Something's off." Theodore .

William nods. "Way ahead of you."

But before William left the floor, the ground below him suddenly exploded as a large and intimidating spider bursted out of the floor.

"!"

"!'

Both him and Theodore were completely caught by surprise as the two of them didn't expect to be ambushed by a spider so soon.

The spider wrapped Wiliam using its wearing to not only trap him but to also restrict his moments.

'Dammit.' William thought as he quickly tried to get out of the situation he found himself in.

The spider kept its grip on William as Theodor tried to aim his rifle at the spider but couldn't since the spider was completely camouflaged with the ground, making it harder for William to handle the spider.

William tried using his two blades that he had but since his movements were also restricted by being already wrapped in silk, this made his attempt futile as he failed to use both of his blades at the spider.

Then suddenly out of nowhere, the silk that was around the two of them suddenly caught fire.

Theodore saw the fire as looked there and saw the spider right at the center. Aiming his rifle at the spider, Theodore sighed as he focused on the spider.

'Focus, breathe… Fire.'

Theodore pulled the trigger as the bullet went to the spider's back.

"Bullseye!" Theodore shouted in glee as two human figures suddenly descended down to help William.

Back to William, the sudden introduction of fire did change things, such as allowing Theodore to get a good shot in the spider. William shifted a little as he kicked the spider while it was distracted.

Looking back at the spider, it aimed both of its mandibles at him. That was until a sword was suddenly impaled through the spider.

William looked out in shock as he was grabbed and freed from the silk. He was then suddenly thrown out of the way.

Quickly standing back up, he saw that the spider was already dealt with, he was also able to get a clear view of who saved him.

The one with the sword, had long well maintained blonde hair, piercing blood red eyes. He wore well maintained knights armor that was light but defended all of his vital parts.

The other one, the one who got William out of the silk, had short black hair, beautiful and focused blue eyes. He wore simple winter clothing, despite it still being in the middle of the summer. The other most noticeable feature that he had was wolf-like ears on the top of his head. He was a Fauna or Faunus.

The Fauna is a species that looks very similar to humans but has one noticeable difference. All Fauna all have different features from animals. So some may be born with wolf or cat-like ears, others might be born with snake scales, some might even have wings and are able to fly.

As for their origin, they came from their very own continent in the far east. From what history tells us, all of the Fauna that were in the human continent, came here because they were discontent and didn't want to get involved with what was happening in their own continent. That and it was recorded that at the time the Fauna population was massive, causing a famine.

They are known to not really interact with humans much, and whenever they do a lot of things happen. This is because like humans, the Fauna have their own continent in the far east.

'Huh, he must be a fauna, right?' Wiliam thought.

This was the first time he ever saw a fauna in person. he's heard a lot about them from Albion, but he was never able to

… Besides the point, the two of them were really handsome, that isn't to say that he and Theodore were not handsome in their own ways. It's just that those two have something, princely about their aura.

The blonde haired one looked at the two of them.

"What the hell are the two of you doing here?!?" The blonde shouted. "If neither of you can't handle all of this then don't bother trying to be a hunter"

"Huh?"

William looked at the blonde as the person who saved him, the one with black hair and wolf ears rolled his eyes.

"... Don't mind him, he's just stressed out." he said to William.

"Hell yeah I am."

William blinked as he looked at the two, for a moment as he did, the blonde walked up to william.

William looked at him and asked.

'Who are you?"

The blonde sighed as he looked at him.

"I'm Helios, and he's Pyry." He said.

"... yes, I am Pyry Fenrir." Pyry said.

"So, how about you two?" Helios asked.

"Oh, I'm William, William lark." William said before pointing at Theodore. "and he's Theodore."

Helios looked at Theodore for a moment as he looked at him carefully.

"So, what are the two of you doing here?" Helios asked as he crossed his arm.

"Oh, we're going to eliminate the queen silicon spider." William said as he looked at them

Helios looked at William as if he was crazy. "You're insane," He stated. "Why the hell would you do something like that?"

"Simple, guaranteed admittance into the hunter course." Thedore said as he looked at Helios.

Helios looked at the two of them in silence. "The fuc-"

"Is that queen spider strong?" Pyry suddenly asked the two.

William and Theodore looked at each other before nodding to Pyry. Pyry nodded to himself.

"Then let me join you." Pyry said.

"!"

"!"

"!"

Helios suddenly looked at Pyry in shock. "The hell! Why the hell would you agree to something like that?"

"... Simple, I want to fight a strong monster and get stronger." Pyry sagely said. "That is why I want to join them."

Helios's eye twitched, "... I am surrounded by idiots." He said.

William chuckled as he walked towards Helios and patted him on the back.

"Well, it looks like your partner wants to join us. How about you?" William said.

Helios scoffs, "Like hell I'm going to join your little gang, I don't have a death wish."

"We're not going to die, you know." Theodore said.

"Yeah right, what are the three of you going to do? beat that thing individually.'' Helios said.

William shakes his head. "No, we're going to beat that thing. Not individually, but as a team."

Helios didn't look entirely convinced of William's words, but he did give them the benefit of the doubt.

Helios scoffs. "Fine, I'll join you and your little gang and work with the rest of you like a team." He said before focusing his gaze on William. "But after this, I'm leaving this team. You got that."

William nodded as he smiled. "Ok, but my offer for you to join a team with me and these other two is still on the table after we all pass."

"... Yeah yeah I'll think about it." Helios off-handedly said. "I'll decide whether or not to join your little menagerie. But first, we have a spider to kill."

"Several actually."

"Don't confuse it. We'll kill and exterminate every single spider that we see." Helios said. "You got that."

William nodded in satisfaction. It seems that for now, all of them are in agreement. With Helios and Pyry joining them, dealing with the Queen Silicon spider would be easy. William knew that they would have to work extremely hard to achieve that. From what he knew, the queen silicon spider was an incredibly dangerous and powerful monster. They would have to bring out their best to win against the spider.

But he knew that they would be able to deal with the spider.

————————————————————————————

"Where the hell are we going?!?" Helios shouted at WIlliam.

"Where do you think we're going?" William replied.

"To nowhere." Helios sarcastically said.

As William and Helios bickered with each other, Theodore and Pyry were both talking to each other. All four of them were moving through the forest.

"So you don't use any weapons, Pyry?" Theodore asked.

Pyry shakes his head as he looks at him "No, I do not. Why would I need a weapon when I already have my fist?"

"I dunno, how about making it easier to kill monsters." Theodore suggested. "Why not use I dunno.. How about gauntlets or gloves they could work."

"...Gauntlets? Gloves? What are they?" Pyry asked, perplexed.

'Huh?' Theodore thought to himself as he looked at Pyry. ' I know by his looks, he isn't the type of person who would be smart… But how the hell does he not know about gauntlets and gloves.'

His thoughts were suddenly interrupted by Pyry poking his cheek while he was running.

"... Are you alright?" Pyry asked.

"William shakes his head as he looks at Pyry. "Never better. Well, since you don't know anything about Gauntlets and Gloves I'll make you a pair of each when we Beowulf City,"

Pyry looked at him before nodding."I… see, than you."

"Don't mention it." Theodore said.

Then suddenly both WIlliam and Helios stopped running, causing both THeodore and Pyry to look at them.

"...Why did we stop?" THeodore asked.

"Something's watching us." Helios said as both William and Helios drew out their weapons.

Seeing this, Theodore quickly grabbed his rifle and began to look around him. Pyry also took a defensive stance as he watched around him.

Then suddenly out of nowhere several spiders bursted out of the ground as all four of them jumped off the ground and into the trees.

Theodore held onto the tree as he looked down. dropping off to a nearby tree branch, Thedore aimed his rifle and took a shot at the spiders.

The spiders quickly hid and moved through all of his shots, Theodore clicked his mouth as this.

'Dammit' Theodore thought to himself.

"Don't let them get away!" William shouted.

"On It!" Helios shouted as he did down with Pyry and engaged with the spiders.

William looked down at both Helios and Pyry currently fighting the spiders at the floor.

At the same time Theodore also looked down and saw Helios and Pyry fighting the spiders, he briefly looked at William awaiting his orders when he saw several spiders coming towards the two of them.

"William! We have company! They're right in front of you, and they're not friendly." Theodore said.

William looked back up and looked in front of him as he saw what Theodore was talking about. Several spiders were coming towards them .

"Give me cover!"

"On it!" Theodore said as he aimed his rifle and began firing.

The spiders were forced to slow down as William moved closer to the spiders. with Theodore giving him suppressing fire.

Getting close to one of the spiders, William used one of his blades and slashed at the spider. Quickly, one of the spiders fell with two more falling as well.

Eventually there was only one remaining spider left. William looked at the last spider, and when he was about to deal with it, Theodor shot the spider right in the head.

William turned around and looked at Theodore for a moment.

"Really?" William asked.

Theodore chuckled, "Don't be a sore loser. Besides, you've already killed five spiders already, I can't let you hoard all of the kills now can I?'

William chuckled, rubbing his neck. "Anyway, let's go check on both Helios and Pyry, maybe they need our help," he said.

"They're probably fine."

Theodore nodded and the two of them descended from the trees and met up with both Helios and Pyry.

Helios looked at wIlliam, crossing his arms. "Judging from the fact that earlier I saw several spiders falling from the sky I'm guessing the two of you already fought a fair number of spiders."

"Yeah, something like that," Theodore said.

"Figures." Helios replied.

"Come on, we need to go now. We're burning daylight." William said.

"Agreed." Pyry said.

The four of them continued moving at the same time William and Helis began to talk with each other.

"So… Tell me about yourself, Helios." William said as lightly jumped from a tree trunk.

"What are you talking about?" Helios said.

"I'm talking about your likes and dislikes, I need to know what conversations that I should avoid when I'm talking to you." William said. "That and I'm also interested about what your hobbies are."

"Hmmm." Helios thought to himself for a moment as he debated on whether or not to tell William about it. Eventually he decided to tell him. "I like cooking and baking and I hate Nobles. And as for hobbies I tend to read books every now and again."

"Wait… Isn't cooking and baking the same thing?" William said.

Helios shakes his head. "Not really, all you need to know is that all forms of baking are cooking, but not all cooking is baking."

"... I'm still confused."

"Just don't mind it." Helios responds.

William and Helios stopped as the two of them looked at what was in front of them. Theodore and Pyry also caught up and saw what William and Helios were looking at.

Theodore whistled, "Wow, that is a very large tree."

It was a large tree, the wod was pure white, it was also covered with plenty of silk treads, most likely done and made by the spiders. This tree was known as the Giant Silicon Ash Tree, one of the most sought out trees in the world.

Theodore walked towards the tree and touched it. William and the other two also followed closely behind.

Theodore huffs. "Huh, who knew that we would find a tree like this here, especially a tree this healthy."

Wiliam tilted his head at this. "Huh, why? Is that tree special or something?"

"Actually, it is." Helios said as he walked past William and also touched the tree. "This is known as the Giant Silicon Ash Tree. And if I remember correctly from the books that I read, just a single log of this tree would cost someone about 1000 Talers."

William looked at Helios in sheer shock from what he had heard. "C-can you repeat that for me?"

"1000 Talers." Helios said. "It's that expensive, I know."

"I'm impressed you actually knew about this tree. I thought I would be the only one who would recognise this tree." Theodore said.

"Don't be surprised, I read a lot of books. What about you, how did you know about this tree?" Helios asked.

"I came from a very prestigious family of blacksmiths. And since this tree right here is incredibly valuable when making a weapon with high value and quality it's only natural I would know a thing or two about this material."

Helios nodded before looking at Theodore and asking. "So, you're from a family of blacksmiths, which one?"

Theodore shakes his head. "Sorry but I would like to keep my family name anonymous. I don't like nepotism, I want to prove my worth as a hunter here."

Helios smirked, "I like your thoughts.'

Behind Theodore and Helios, were William and Theodore, the two of them looked at the two of them in silence.

Pyry looks at william. '...Do, you know what they are talking about."

William shakes his head. "I have no idea."

William looks at THeodore and Helios as they talk about the tree.

'Huh, the two of them remind me of brothers. A little brother and an older brother.' William thought to himself before shaking his head. 'I probably shouldn't think about stuff like that. if either of them find out… They'll probably kill me if they find out.'

Theodore and Helios finished their conversation about the tree and looked back on william.

"So," Helios said. "What now, oh great leader."

William looked at the two for a moment, "Wow, that was quick. I thought the two of you were going to talk for a couple more minutes."

Helios scoffs, "Oh please, the two of us wouldn't spend so much time talking about some tree. Besides we're still on a mission, there's no way I would ever forget that."

"Well regardless, I did appreciate talking to him. It's not everyday you get to talk to someone and bond by talking about expensive trees." Theodore said before looking at William. "Also, let's finish this mission."

William smiled as he nodded. "Right, let's go."

William looked up from the tree and saw that it would provide a large vantage point for Theodore.

"Theodore, do you think you can climb that tree and check if you can see where the Queen silicon spider is?"

Theodore tilted his head as he looked at William. "Probably, I dunno, I'll have to check and see for myself. Pyry, how high can you throw me?"

"...Why do you ask?" Pyry asked.

"I don't want to spend too much energy trying to climb up a tree so I want you to throw me as high up as you can so I don't have to climb as much." Theodore explained.

Pyry looked at Theodore for a moment before nodding. "...Very well, get here so I can throw you.

Theodore nodded as he got closer he remembered something that he forgot about.

"Oh I almost forgot!" Theodore exclaimed to himself as he grabbed the bag on his bag and began to search inside it. After a while Theodore was able to find what he was looking for and handed them to Helios and Pyry. "Here."

Helios and Pyy grabbed what Theodore gave them.

"What is this… Thing?" Helios asked.

Pyry silently looked at the thing that Theodre gave him.

William curiously looked at what Theodore gave them and saw what it was. "That's a radio!"

"?" Pyry tilted his head.

"Huh? What's a radio?" Helios asked.

"Ok, I'll explain to you the finer details about this device later. But all you two need to know is to press that button and talk to it. The two of you will figure out the rest."

Pyry nodded as he quickly accepted Theodore's words, not wanting to confuse himself any more than he had to. Helios still looked at Theodore questioningly for a moment, but he quickly relented and accepted his words.

Theodore walked to Pyry. "Ok, you can throw me out now."

Pyry nodded as he easily grabbed Theodore, Pyry noticed that Theodore was incredibly light for someone of his size. If anything to Pyry, Theodore's own bag seems to be heavier than Theodore himself.

Aside from that, Pyry aimed Theodore as high up as he could in one swift motion, threw Theodore as high up as he could.

"Wow ahhhhhh." Theodore shouted as he was thrown by Pyry.

He quickly was able to grab onto the walls of the tree. Once Theodore was able to balance himself, he quickly and efficiently climbed up the tree.

Back down below, William looked up to Theodore in worry. Grabbing his own radio and pressing the button on the side.

"Are you alright Theodore." WIlliam said to the radio as he looked up to Theodore.

Theodore stopped for a moment before grabbing his own radio and spoke through it.

"I'm alright. How are things on your end?"

"Just fine, you have nothing to worry about." William responded.

Right beside William, Helios and Pyry looked at WIlliam. Helis was quickly able to learn what Theodore was talking about and was impressed at what he made and gave them.

'To think he was able to create something so innovatie as this, a device that allows two or more people to communicate through long distances. More than likely there is a limit to the distance that these radios have with each other in order to communicate. Nevertheless I'm impressed. I guess 'i'll have to keep a close eye on him, for now.' Helios thought to himself.

Pyry just looked at Wiliam, confused out of his mind but decided to not question and ask. If he did ask questions all he would have is more questions. And he would rather not have his brain completely fried from the information.

Eventually, Theodore was able to climb up the edge of the tree. Quickly he looked around him and made sure that there were no monsters nearby.

When he was absolutely sure that there were no monsters there. He quickly looked at the edge of the tree and looked around from his high vantage point.

"Do you see anything?" Helios said through his radio.

Theodore perked up, he didn't expect someone to quickly learn how to operate one of his radios that quickly. Even with William, he had to quickly give him a brief summary on how to operate it.

Shrugging, Theodore quickly responded. "Nothing much, I don't see the queen silicon spider here in the west though. But I still haven't checked the east along with the north and south. Also, I'm impressed by how quickly you were able to learn how to use it."

Helios quickly responded. "I saw a live demonstration earlier, by the way, thanks William."

"No problem, I'm glad I could help." WIlliam responded.

WIlliam smiled. "Now, if you would excuse me, I still have to check where the queen silicon spider is located. I'll go check the south now."

Theodore quickly walked and looked on and saw a small patch of white deep in the forest.

Quietly he mumbled to himself. "Is that where the queen silicon spider is at?" Theodore muumbl;ed.

"Probably not!" A voice in Theodore's right ear said.

"!"

And almost in an instant, Theodore tilted himself to the right and moved his hand to the trigger of his rifle on his back and pulled the trigger.

His rifle shot at the mysterious person. The mysterious person was able to quickly move out of the way from the rifle. The mysterious person jumped away from Theodore and held onto his ears for a moment.

Theodore quickly turned around and saw the mysterious person. He was short, shorter than Theodore. He had short light brown hair and amber eyes. He was wearing a Black blazer and white shirt underneath and black pants. He was also holding onto a magic hat and cane. But the most noticeable part about him was on his head, a pair of rabbit ears.

Theodore quickly deduced that he was a Fauna like Pyry. But then he questioned how he was able to sneak up to him.

Theodore knew that he was rather oblivious to some things but he also made sure to be somewhat extra vigilant and paid close attention to his surroundings whenever he's doing something dangerous.

But how was he able to sneak up to him?

"Ow!" The brown haired boy said. "That was uncalled for."

"Who are you?" Theodore asked as he aimed his rifle at him.

The brown haired boy tilted his head as he looked at Theodore. "Oh! Me? I'm Dolian, Dolian Hare."

"What are you doing here and depending on your answer I might put a bullet through your skull."

Dolian quickly raised both of his hands as he waved at Theodore. "Whoa, I'm friendly I won't hurt you little guy."

Theodore looked at Dolian, annoyed. "'Hey! You're shorter than me! You're the little guy!" Theodore shouted.

"Ugh" Dolian flinched at Theodore's words. "I'm hurt."

"Theodore! What was that?!? Did something happen?" William said through the radio.

Theodore grabbed his radio. "Yeah, something like that. Some stranger suddenly appeared out of nowhere and whispered right next to my right ear."

"Should we climb up and help you?" Helios then asked through his own radio.

"No, besides I'm quite sure I can handle fighting him. He doesn't look like a fighter so I think I'm alright."

"...Alright, We'll trust you for no Theodore. But if something happens, go up and help you. you got that." WIlliam said.

Theodore nodded, "Yeah, copy that."

Looking back to Dolian who was picking on one of his bunny ears, bored out of his mind.

"You know, if I was hostile I would have attacked you when you were talking through that mysterious device you know." Dolian said as he looked at Theodore.

"I know, I'm working on it." Theodore responded.

Dolian smiled. "Well, now that you're willing to talk to me, It seems as though the consequences of your actions have woken up the residents of this fine tree." He said as he pointed at the center of the tree.

There Theodore looked at the center of the tree and he saw that there was indeed a large hole there, not only that it was also covered in silk and spider webbing.

Then it clicked into Theodore. 'That amount of webbing… Don't tell me!' Theodore thought to himself.

And at that moment several spiders came out of the hole and all of them looked at both Theodore and Dolian before charging.

"And judging from the fact that you were talking about the location of the silicon spider queen, I'm guessing you want to go and kill it. Am I right?" Dolian said. "Well what now?"

Theodore looked at the spiders that were charging towards him. Due to there being a fair distance between him and the spiders, he was able to take a couple of shots at the spiders, all hitting their mark.

Then Theodore grabbed his radio. But before he could speak.

"Theodore! Did something happen?!?" William's voice rang out from the radio.

"You better not go on and die up there!" Helios shouted through the radio.

"William, remember when you told me to go up this tree and look around and try to find where the Queen Silicon Spider is at." Theodore said as he fired a couple more shots at the spiders.

"Yeah wh- Wait! Don't tell me!" William said through the radio as he quickly realized what THeodore was talking about.

"Yeah! It's right here! The three of you better climb up here and help me." THeodore said as he fired more shots but was forced to reload and dodge several spiders. "And you better be quick!"

"On it! We will be up there in a moment" William said as he and the others began to climb up the large tree.

Back to Theodore and Dolian. THeodore was now forced to dodge several spiders that were lunging at him.

Grabbing a small grenade from his bag Theodore jumped and dropped the grade on a spider and braced himself from the knockback. He designed that grenade not to harm but to act as a recoil grenade, a grenade that he would use to traverse large distances without hurting him in the process. In this case getting as far away from the spiders and began firing again at them.

When the grenade did explode it was not an explosion of fire, but instead a sharp release of wind that pushed him as far away from the spiders.

Landing on his feet, THeodore aimed his rifle at the spiders and began to fire again.

At the same time Dolian was dodging and jumping on the spiders rather playfully, and making some snide remarks.

"Careful now, if I didn't dodge you would have harmed me, you know." Dolian said.

Dolian looked at Theodore as he pushed himself away from the spiders. He smiled as he saw Thedore holding his own against the spider.

'I guess his main priority is to buy time and wait for his team to arrive' Dolian thought to himself, before grinning darkly. 'But who's to say I can't call my very own team.'

Grabbing something from his pocket, Dolian grabbed a set of cards and grabbed a red ace card. before throwing it as high up as he can.

And before long the card exploded on top of Dolian. Dolian grinned as he looked up from the explosion, but still he winced since he was directly under the explosion and with his enhanced hearing made the noise even louder.

Nevertheless he was satisfied with his actions.

'I hope the two of you were able to see my signal.' Dolian thought to himself. 'Than again, there's no way the two of you wouldn't notice this.'

————————————————————————————

And near the small hill of dead spiders stood a small tree. And on one of the tree branches sat a teenager, he had raven black hair, purple eyes,a set of black cat ears, and a black jacket with a hood that covered his face, and plenty of various weapons from small daggers to small syringes.

As he sat by the tree, a large light erupted from the sky to which he saw and covered his eyes with one of his hands. And when the light finally faded he finally looked at the general direction on which the light originated from.

"Huh. I guess the rabbit wasn't lying when he said that there's no way we wouldn't notice his signal." A person right beside the raven haired boy said.

He had silver gray hair, golden emerald eyes, and a sly smile. He wore a white and black three-piece suit, and two guns hidden right behind his black suit.

"Well, I guess we now know where to go now," He stated, before beginning to walk towards the general direction of the light. " Come on let's go 'Shadow Walker'

"Please don't call me that." The hooded boy said.

"Why not?" The other person playfully said. "It suits you."

"My name is Blake." The hooded boy stated, facepalming " You should know by now that my name is Blake Yoshikage."

"Yeah, yeah I know, I know, you don't have to remind me every time I call you something right. Besides, calling you something besides your name is cooler than calling you by your real name, cut me some slack here Blake." The boy with the three-piece suit stated.

"... I don't care. Let's go Dragunov." Blake stated.

"Come on Blake, we've known each other for more than 7 years, besides, Dragonov is my family's name. Just call me Yuri." Yuri now said to Blake exasperated.

"Let's go." Blake stated as he ran towards the direction on which the large swarm of silicon spiders were going towards.

"So you're just going to ignore me aren't you Blake, well two can play it at this game." Yuri said as he ran past Blake. "Race you there Blake!" He said.

Blake, who was now being outrun by his much slower friend, he was naturally faster than Yuri and could easily outrun his friend if he actually wanted to. Although he decided against it and opted to be outrun by his friend, he chucked to himself before running right beside his friend in less than one minute. Yuri was surprised.

"Wha-" Yuri was about to ask a question before being interrupted by Blake.

"You're, too, slow," Blake slowly said to Yuri, smirking.

"Let's go, Dragonov." Blake said.
