It’s Christmas Eve so Rodney and I were busy cooking different dishes for the Noche Buena. Lola is sitting on a wheelchair, looking on. She can still walk but she’s very weak that’s why Rodney and I insisted on her using a wheelchair to make her move around easier. 


And guess what, we've just moved to our new house. Lola already agreed to live with us on the condition that we will take the new house she bought for us in one of the exclusive subdivisions in Makati City. She had the title of the property named after us and she gave it to us wrapped in a gift wrapper. She said it was supposed to be a wedding gift but the documents were not yet available then and the renovations were not yet done so she just gave it as Christmas gift. 


Manang Olga and Mang Jerry, Lola’s trusted staff in her Tagaytay farm came to live with us, too. But Lola gave them a day-off today to be with their respective families during Noche Buena.
