Chapter Two

Aphrodite was really happy and thankful. She had alot of followers who worshipped her but she needed assistance in helping people find love. It was really stressful doing all the matchmaking herself. She decided it was time to find some help. From her research,her most devoted follower was Eros. She decided to pay him a visit.

"Hermes please come here". Hermes the messenger god came immediately.

"Dear Aphrodite, how can I help you"?

" Please tell Zeus that I'm going to earth". "Sure thing" . He went to Zeus and told him, and Zeus gave his permission for her to go.

Eros felt a hand tap him lightly and it was so soft. He held the hand and brought it to his face.

"your hand is so soft". He mumbled in his sleep.

"c'mon Eros, wake up!". He slowly opened his eyes and the figure he saw before him made him fall from the bed. He immediately went to touch her face.

"Goddess Aphrodite, is this really you"? he asked in disbelief. He couldn't believe that the goddess he loved and worshipped so much would just appear before him.

"yes Eros it's really me." She smiled brightly. He immediately went down on his knees

"All hail the Goddess Aphrodite"he chanted

It's ok Eros,get up"she pulled him up and they sat on his bed.

"I still can't believe it" he said "believe what?"she asked "that you're here". He said and hugged her."Eros we have to talk about something"she said "sure, sorry" He released her. "I'm proud of your work, you put up a club to teach people about Greek Gods And Goddesses. You've do a really great job."she praised him. " Thank you Goddess Aphrodite it means alot"

" if you don't mind, I'd love to be there when next you're teaching"." it would be an honour,my fans would be so surprised". " don't get me wrong, they ain't gonna be able to see me, only you will". "oh, ok". He felt a bit down and she noticed. She held his hand and felt a warm glow. " I'm sorry Eros, I'd love to show myself to everyone, but it's against the gods rule and Zeus would punish me for breaking it ". " I understand". She looked outside through the window, the sky was becoming brighter. " it's morning already, freshen up and I'll go to school with you". " wow! I still can't believe it". He hurriedly took a bath,ate and they went to school on his motorcycle. Unfortunately,no one could see her. Her hair blew on his face, and he inhaled the sweet scent. They arrived at his college and she went to classes with him. And Soon,it was time for his club meeting. For that day,he taught them only about her. She was really impressed with his teachings, he was so passionate about it. When he was describing the features of Aphrodite to his members, he winked at her. They all saw this and turned to the direction but saw no one there.

"is he going crazy because he loves the goddess?" a boy added to the few whispers that were in the air. Aphrodite chuckled at his statement. Eros couldn't believe he said that Aphrodite was here. She didn't know that he loved her, and he didn't want her to know just yet. Alexander immediately changed the topic and broke the awkward silence by asking everyone to pray, which indicated the end of the meeting.
