The next week, Maria has been looking at Harold's behavior in the university. She cannot help but feel a little shy and a bit perplexed when she heard Harold from Clyde's phone.

She knows she shouldn't make something out of it but to think her best friend heard her acting cute and dependent to an older man- like, Clyde was now her legal father, and he was spoiling her. She knows that Clyde wouuld want an obedient and sweet daughter than a strong and independent daughter... right? Was she right?

On the other side of the room, Harold looked up to find Maria looking through the window that have the overview of the parking lot, just from that, he can already deduce that she wants to see Sir Clyde. It hasn't been through the week when he overheard that Sir Clyde and Sir Arthur would be going overseas for a company proposal. Maria couldn't say anytthing except have a safe trip.
