"Mom, seriously. Everything's fine you should pack up and lea-" Han said quietly

"What do you mean leave! Han, come home now I'm sick and tired of your jokes. Don't you know when enoughs enough?! " Esther screamed over the phone

"Now honey how about you cal-. " Rex attemptes to intervene in the conversation seeing his son seemed to be serious.

"Not you too, Rex! How long will you play along with his idiotic games! Him being a supreme peak master and a beyond zenith master appearing? Do you seriously think that makes any logical sense!?" Esther couldn't contain her rage any longer. To her, this all felt like some sick joke and this time she wouldn't be strung along by at it.

"This is the last straw I'm telling not just you, islan as well. Come home before I find you myself and when I d-. " Esther was cut off swiftly

Regret, this was all Han could feel at this moment, he was like the boy who cried wolf, now a genuine scenario happened no one was willing to believe him in this already unbelievable and nonsensical situation. He could only hold his head low at his past, immature self. He began to quietly cry however Esther quickly picked up on this.

"Hey, are you crying? where are you? let me pick you up so we can all talk about this..." Esther's angry act broke, Hans nature was jokey and she had never seen him cry since he was young, as if there was nothing that could hurt him.

"M-mom... I'm s-scared... Islan said we have no other options but to fight and die but-t... I don't want to die... I can't be calm like islan... I-" Han let out all his emotions to his parents as he simply couldn't hold it in anymore.

Esther and Rex knew he wasn't joking, they didn't know what to say. If what they were told was true they knew Islan was right, they had no other options. They couldn't even console Han in this scenario as they new death was pretty inevitable. A heart wrenching feeling overwhelmed their hearts like a tidal wave, the feeling of knowing their sons will probably die without being able to do anything.

"Nooo... Han... Islan... M-my boys! Anyone, anyone but them" Esther began crying in a panicked state calling for help from someone, something but there was no answer.

Rex held Esther tightly unable to say the right words to either Han, Islan, or Esther. He could only simply stay quiet.

'I really am pathetic'

Rex thought to himself with a bitter sweet expression on his face. Then he took the phone from Esther for a moment despite all her kicking and screaming, going to another room.

"I'm sorry... So sorry, there's nothing I can do... Pathetic, right? I'll just get everyone out of here... I'll make sure everyones safe, so please, even if there's only a sliver of a chance... Survive" Rex clenched his teeth so hard that blood came out in anger at his own words but he knew. He knew his limits and this situation was far out of his grasp.

Esther then busts in crying, grabbing Rex. She took the phone swiftly of him and began talking.

"D-don't panick! M-moms here... Mom can fix this all if you just wait... " Esther said panickingly.

"Mom, please." Han said as he stopped crying realizing after hearing Rex talk what he needs to do, resolving himself.

Han wasn't brave despite his confidence, in fact he was the opposite. He was a complete coward, he'd only ever fight someone he'd certainly win against and would never fight if there was a chance of loss. I mean, who would? isn't it stupid to fight when you aren't certain of victory? However this time despite knowing he'd lose Han resolved himself to fight.

"Wait... We sent Ailyn out.. " Rex said in a shaking voice.

At that moment Hans face froze and became stiff.

Islan found a new place to sit and began to think. He didn't realize it since he was so focused on others but he was not mentally prepared for the events about to transpire. He was slowly being overwhelmed mentally and starting to break down, however he had no one to talk to after all...

He was the big brother.

He had to be strong, he had to. If he collapsed, just breaking down wouldn't be a problem, there'd be no more foundation to stand on, hence why him and Rex constantly had to try keep a certain level-headedness about them. Otherwise it would all go down the drain. However this was too much for him, far too much. After leaving Han his body collapsed once Han was out of his sensory range, he began shaking constantly in fear. He felt lonely, like no one could understand. His father had his mother and Han and Ailyn would often rely on each other as well as their parents.

But what about him?

He never talked about his problems, constantly pushing them aside and putting others around him above him. He didn't even have a girlfriend despite his good looks, heck his friends barely numbered at 10 and even then he could only say he's truly close with 3.

"God dammit... Is there seriously no one? " Islan muttered.

No matter how much he thought, nothing. Absolutely no one. Islan broke out into a hysterical laughter making him seem almost crazy.

"Ha... HAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHA! Seriously! This is hilarious! Fucking hell I've never laughed so much in my life! Holy shit! " Islan blurted out, everything bursted out.

After a long time of laughter Islan went silent to the point you could hear a pin drop. He realized it would be better to stop feeling anything right now so that's what he did. He pushed his to rent of emotions back, so far back that they couldn't be seen, heard, or anything of the sorts like the never existed. He compressed them into nothingness and pushed only nessacry thoughts to the front.

'This is how it's always been. '

He thought then suddenly....

SWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSH!

Han came towards Islan at extreme speeds with a face of despair, however at this point Islan saw Han constantly despairing so he didn't recognize any change.

"Ailyn... She's out somewhere in the city we... We need to get her out, quick" Han said with no calmness to be felt

Islans face hardened as he thought for a second of what would be the best thing to do then he began talking.

"Let's split up, I'll take the master whilst you get Ailyn and the others out since you've always been better with movement arts. Remember comeback as they'll find you if I die in no time. " Islan said in a colder tone than he ever knew he could produce

"Ah... Ah... D-...Do you want to talk to mom and dad since-" Han said quietly and meekly but was interrupted by islan suddenly getting up. Han wanted to apologize for earlier but the words simply would not come out.

Islan started walking as he then stopped in his tracks and looked up to the moon. He took in a deep breathe and closed his eyes for a second. Silence once again engulfed. He opened his eyes and looked back at Han for a second, talking before using his movement art to move towards the large swirling energy in the background.

"No, it would be better if someone like me didn't say anything at all than something harmful. "
