At Fu's designs

After lunch Tong yao went to her department and went back to her seat. Yi Chen came inside the department immediately she sat down.

"I'm sorry Yi Chen the boss was really busy so I had to wait"she said

"so you didn't have lunch"he said

"I did"she said without thinking twice.

"I...I mean I did secretary Li bought some food for me"she said

"oh"he said as he faced his computer.

"Tong yao"she heard her name she turned back to see Mei Lian standing there. She stood up and went to meet her.

"Thanks for lunch"she said bowing

"oh it's nothing , um ... I came to ask you if you'll be free tomorrow"she said

"I'll be free after 6"she said

"ok can we have dinner at my place"she said

"your place"Tong yao said

"yes we're having a family dinner tomorrow and I want to invite you"She said

"but it's family dinner"Tong yao said

"some friends will also be there"she said

"I promise to stay with you so you won't feel bored"Mei Lian added

"please"she said putting on a puppy face.

"ok fine I'll try to come"she said

"thank you"she said as she hugged her

"wait let me have your number"she said as she brought out her phone.

Yu min pursued them to the car cause they didn't want to leave the water .Li xue already changed she sat down at the front sit (the passengers seat).They came inside the car .

"Li xue you bought a new dress already"Xiu yung said

"is it expensive"Xiu yung said

"it was"Xi yang answered as he rested his head and closed his eyes. Li xue looked at him and faced front frowning as she folds her arm.

"did you buy the dress for her"Xue song said but he didn't reply he was pretending to sleep.

They arrived at XO company 30 minutes later .

"Big brother"Xiaodan said as she ran to meet him and hugged him

"Xiaodan what are you doing here"he said as he hugged her back he hadn't seen her for months now.

"I heard you guys were on a break so I decided to visit"she said as she withdrew from the hug

"I brought some of my jelly doughnut for you guys "she said bringing the basket of pastries.

"Oh no we just had lunch I'm not hungry"he said

"you guys"she said

"um ... we have a lot to do"Xiu yung said

"I'll have your doughnut"Li xue said she collected the basket as she took a bite from one the boys looked at her expecting an answer.

"it's ok but try adding less jelly next time"she said .

"looks like Xiaodan has improved"Xue song said

"I know"she said

"thank you ,who are you?"she said

"I'm Lu Li xue"she said

"I'm they're assistant"she added

"she's also a chef and makes the best pastries (sneeze )"Zhixin said

"see I told you to get out but you wouldn't "Yu min said.

"come on"she said as they all went in

He smiled as they went into the elevator .

Lu Li xue prepared chicken noodle soup for the three of them since they were all sneezing .

The next day

"I'll come home late today"Tong yao said

"why?"she said

"I'm going out"she said

Lu Li xue drive to the company as soon as she came out she met Yumin outside going into her car.

"min where are you going"she asked

"Li xue thank God you're here please handle the boys they're still on a break ok I want to go discuss somethings with the company director"she said

"oh ok"she said as she went in to the company.

"Good morning boys"she greeted them as she entered but only Xi yang was there he was watching TV.

"morning sunshine"he replied.

"where are the boys"she asked

"still in bed the cold hasn't left them"he said

"I told them to get out yesterday they didn't answer me "she said as she dropped her bag and went to the kitchen to make some soup for them.

After that she went to give them the soup in their rooms.

"good morning Li xue"Zhixin said

"come on get up have this you'll better later in the day "She said giving him the last bowl on the tray.

"thank you"he said

"come on eat okay so you can use your drugs"she said as she left the room.

"what do you want to do?"Xi yang said

"uh what do you mean ?" she said

"it's bored without the boys "he said

"do you want to go out"he said

"and leave the boys no way"she said

"they're not kids"he said

"so?"she said

"okay fine let's do something fun here"he said

"like what ?*she asked

"we're alone so we can do something fun "he said in a flirty tone coming closer to her .

"ah leave me alone"she said as she threw a pillow on him and ran away he laughed a little

"stop you're scaring me"she said

"what's scary about what I'm doing"he said

"the way your talking is creepy I'm not your fan I'm not going to enjoy that"she said

"says the girl who crawled to come meet the XO boys"he said

"that was a misunderstanding"she said

"seriously I don't even like you guys"she said

"then why do you care so much"he said

"I'm only doing this to get my money and then you'll never see me again"she explained

"why if the opposite of love is hate and you don't love us that means you hate us"he said

"you're fustrating me"she said and he smiled

"I don't hate you guys and I don't love you"she said

"then what do you feel towards us"he said

"nothing we only share a employer and employee relationship"she said

"so we're in a relationship "he said

"no Xi yang stop that"she said whining like a child

"I hate you"she said he held his chest and pretended to be hurt

"that hurt"he said and she rolled her eyes .

"ok I don't hate you "she said

"then does that mean you love me"he said in a flirty tone again she blushed but she covered her face

"I'll go check on the boys"she said wanting to stand up but he held her back and she sat down.

"let's have a bet"he said

"uh"she said confused.

"you hate me right , let's have a bet if I change your motive towards me in a month you'll stay here than a year"he said

"but if I don't you'll leave before one year and you'll get your money"he said

She blinked twice and thought about what he said

"are you sure you want to do this"she said

"yes and I'm sure I'll win"he said

"ok since you sound so confident I accept but this is between the both of us"she said

"ok sure I can do that"he said

"so do you still want to go check on the boys"he said

She stood up and left him.

In the evening Tong yao shut down her computer and packed up her things .

"Do you have anything planned for this evening maybe you'll like to get dinner... "he said

"um I have some where to be but tomorrow I'm free how about tomorrow "she said

"yes tomorrow is perfect"he said

"thank you"she said

"so are you going on a date"he said referring to her dress.

"no"she said looking at her dress she was wearing a white top and a carton color high waist skirt .

"I wouldn't wear this to a date"she said and he laughed

"wait"he said as she turned to go .

"what"she said he reached for her hair and fixed the head band she was wearing.

"it's a little bent"he said fixing it .

Yang Fang passed by and saw Yi Chen and Tong yao he went in

"Tong yao"he said as she turned to see her boss .

"thank you Yi Chen"she said as she left the department Yang Fang also walked out .

"get in "Yang Fang said

"uh"Tong yao said

"get in Mei Lian asked me to pick you up "he said

"no worries I can get there my self"she said as she continued walking.

"Yao don't be stubborn get in now"he said

"No "she said

"I'll count to three"he said

She turned back and went to the passenger seat at the front.

"go to back"he said

"o..ok"she said as she sat at the back cursing him and under her breath. He started driving .

Li xue phone rang she went to the living room and picked her phone .it was Ling yun .

"hello "she said

"big sis run"Ling yun said

"what why"she said.

"he's coming "he said

"who "she asked

"Shan yuan"he said

"what , why would you tell him where I work"she said

"he forced it out of me"he said

"I'll so kill you"she said as she hung up

"what's wrong Li xue"Yu min asked as she kept her laptop aside

"can I leave early"she said

"sure you can"she said

"thank you so much"she said as she took her bag and went downstairs.

"Li xue wait"Xi yang said but she didn't respond .

At the reception office down stairs

"Snow white"a familiar voice said

"Shan yuan"she said as she sighted him.
