Commendable Accomplishment

Alice shifted her weight back into the chair as she smiled over at Sharon who was busy looking through a notepad before passing it over to them. Alice put out her hands to receive the notepad that was filled with lots of notes, albeit organized well so that she could go down the list of the information without much effort.

Noah looked over her shoulder to see what it was, and Alice's brows came together before realizing what was put forth in front of her. Raising her gaze up to Sharon with her hands crossed in front of her and leaning forward eager to see their reaction, Alice placed the notepad down on the table.

"Would you rather?" Alice questioned lightly.

Sharon snapped her fingers. "Exactly."

Alice laughed. "I don't know how you're going to get much content with this."

"I know that it will do very well," Sharon assured.

"It's funny because it matches with how we would be doing the couple matching during the carnival," Alice smiled. "If anything, this is more practice for Noah and I to work on our synergy."

"Of course," Sharon said as she snapped her fingers. "We made the script knowing a gist of what is needed to promote well your little game from Madeline."

"Thank you for that," Alice murmured. "What homeroom are you for?"

"I'm in 305, and the game is a fun little maze that we are building."

Her mouth opened in an o as she nodded. "I think I saw it walking by the gym the other day."

"Yes, it's quite larger than we all expected with it being built up by all inflatable material," Sharon laughed.

"That sounds like so much fun," Alice said with a grin as she glanced back down to the notepad that Noah slid out of her hands to look at.

Sharon pointed at the yellow notepad. "There's more information in the next few pages that will give a preview as to what we are doing today."

Alice and Noah nodded before flipping over the pages to see what it entailed, and Alice brought a finger to her lips in thought since it wasn't as bad as she had first envisioned which brought her a lot of peace now that she felt that most of the little games and questions that were set to do were in her range to do so.

It wouldn't be so much of a stretch her for to participate and give her. Alice looked up at Noah to see his reaction, and it didn't really change except for the tiny quirk in his lips that betrayed most of the thoughts running through his mind. She was curious as to what he had to say that was begging to come out of his lips.

Noah leaned forward to pass the notepad back to Sharon with a smile. "I'm thinking that Alice and I aren't compatible."

Alice raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean by that?"

"The questions. We are the complete opposite of our likes and dislikes."

She wrinkled her nose. "I don't think it'll be that bad."

Sharon tapped the paper on the table and winked. "Only time will tell."

There was a soft knock on the door, and Alice swung her attention behind her to see a petite girl with a large grey sweater over her uniform that practically covered most of her uniform since it practically went to her knees bring in a tray of snacks and water and sat it down carefully while keeping her face down so that Alice couldn't get a good view of the girl.

"Rita, thank you," Sharon said before reaching over and placing the two water bottles before Alice and Noah.

Alice nodded, and Noah chimed in. "Yes. We thank you."

Rita lifted her face up, and Alice took in her bright red face, and she smiled kindly at her. "Are you also joining in for the radio hosting show today?"

Rita dipped her head down. "Yes, I will be."

Sharon pulled out the chair beside her, and Rita sat down and tucked her hair behind her ears before getting back up to grab the small clipping microphones on a side table with a cabinet that could only be unlocked with a key and handed it over the table to Alice and Noah and mimed for them to put it on. Alice slipped on the little microphone on her red tie and out of the corner of her eye, saw that Noah did the same.

Rita seemed quite shy with her quivering hands as she came back to sit down, but Alice could clearly see how talented she was at the tech equipment around her despite not being able to get her voice out well. It was a commendable accomplishment and one that Alice wanted to get a bit more backstory on.
