I opened my eyes and touched the side of my head. I felt like I had the worst headache from the craziest hangover. What the hell happened? I sat up in bed as the memories from the night before flooded my mind. I was kidnapped. I jumped out of the bed and looked at my surroundings. I wasn’t in my bedroom, Liam’s, or Faith’s. This place was new, but it felt familiar. 


The pictures on the peach wall looked like me, but with brown eyes. My mother. I was in my mother’s childhood bedroom which meant I was in Alpha Aaron’s pack. The door opened and an elderly man and woman stood in the doorway before forcing themselves into the room. I took a step back with each step that they took closer.


“You’re up early. I had thought you’d be sleeping longer, that must be the Alpha blood in you,” the woman said. 


She set a tray of food on the dresser and smiled at me. Were they my grandparents or people that Alpha Aaron hired to create a false sense of security for me?
