Friday - Child

SPIRITUAL

Children are the greatest gift that God gives to a married couple. They become our pride and joy, the reason we stay strong and fight, the reason we keep smiling and laughing.

We are willing to sacrifice everything so that our children can be happy and successful. We always forgive their mistakes, guide and lead them towards good things.

However, sometimes our thoughts and desires do not match what they expect, leading to misunderstandings and conflicts. Without realizing it, we hurt them and leave regret in our hearts.

Indeed, raising and taking care of children is not an easy task. Nevertheless, whatever we nurture with kindness, patience, perseverance, and love will surely produce something very beautiful.

Because it is not easy to take care of children, some people hate them. They assume that children are naughty, difficult to control, noisy, whiny, and so on.

Even for those who have been blessed with a child by God, they are ungrateful. They hate their child, hurt them, even willing to abandon or kill them. They feel that their child is useless, only a burden to them, and a disgrace.

And tragically, they do it to their children who are only a few years old. Planting trauma and fear in their hearts and minds, leaving wounds that are difficult to erase, even over time.

Indeed, taking care of a child is not as easy as taking care of a puppy, but the benefits that can be obtained from our children are more than anything in the world, even though certainty is not something that humans can determine. Imagine in old age when we are weak and senile, is there anyone really willing to take care of us with all their heart except our children, whom we have raised with all our might?

You will not end up in a nursing home but in a warm home, where your children gather around you, telling stories from the past, where you have taken care of them with all your heart.

They don't even say they're busy even when you don't ask them to come. You see your family growing larger because you teach your child to find a good partner, and because you take care of your child well, your children apply it to their own children.

What limits us is our own thoughts. God created us with the ability to make choices.
