But First-!

After his cocky words, Axio had managed to get the approval of the Obsidian Queen, for he unfortunately still needed her benediction, was he still not bound to her orders, he wouldn't have been hanging out around those guys meetings.

He had much better to do, he had true peers, beings superior to the rest like him and it seemed like the progenitor of this pure white creature was also one of them.

However, this one seemed much different than Vlasfimia, from what The Condemned had said, this one was a cannibalistic dragon and with the way he interacted through the crystal, he wasn't much of a conversational.

He didn't appear much like a dragon either, but he believed that this was just a representation of his power like with the heretical flame the first time.

If the first time was anything to go by, the situation was simple, much like The Heretic, this dragon guy wasn't from this world and only his ability was present.

Axiolypito had bothered looking up and asking around about this heretical fire thing, it was considered one of the most dangerous elements, not only because of its sheer power and apparent versatility.

But because it wasn't just an element, it acted on its own, forcing the few users to make use of very powered down versions of it to avoid the flame just turning on them the moment they used it.

The fire wouldn't burn the left eye of anything it got a hold of and start nesting their, taking control of them and making them go completely insane, it didn't simply go out either, it could keep on burning without any fuel for a long while, seemingly forever if it had spread enough.

But the funniest part was that this wasn't even what it was best at, it was called 'heretical' for a reason, this fire would absolutely destroy anything holy with extreme prejudice, it even seemed like anyone with a bit too much faith would turn extra mad if caught by the flame.

Some even theorised that the heretical flame actively weakened the gods themselves, this only made the wretch wonder what was the true reach of this dragon's power.

It seemed like it was even worse the the heretical flame in the regard that the 'users' seemingly weren't in control at all, if what the draconic minister had said was the norm.

Not that it mattered much, those people had a direct link with another of Axio's kin, he believed that he could perhaps get them to listen to him thanks to this, after all, the goblins had a fascination for the crystal in spite of not having any links to them.

And if they didn't feel like cooperating, then he would just do as he previously claimed and find a way to eliminate them.

Leaving Asshole and Grute to manage this city in his absence after a few weeks of preparation, the wretch knew exactly what to do.

He wouldn't have to worry about the city since both of them were needled, Axio knew that had magnifident, dashing and just oozed primeval charisma but he didn't trust in the feces gobbler to not go out of line, he didn't believe anyone but himself in this matter.

As much as he respected his newfound kin, he would still put himself above all else, there was no such thing as something above him.

As for risks of attacks, there was no need to be concerned, not only had The Scourge found out that they were relying on some vision from an alcoholic mage that was giving them ample of time to prepare but the defenses put there by him would be capable of repelling anything he could think of.

Not to mention that Faceless's domain had grown to its maximum power and that he was hanging around in there when not warping others around, he could see potential in this tall monster's power at least.

He wasn't certain what his ability was exactly, it was well-kept information after all, no one should just share the details of their abilities, and especially not with the wretch.

All that mattered was that the domain itself had the same effect, albeit to a much lesser degree, than Faceless Lord when he got close to an intruder and that now, before being able to even get out of the surroundings forest, one had to solve a 'little' puzzle.

It would be deadly by itself but it wasn't to be forgotten that the area was constantly overrun with frenzied animals of all sorts.

It was with peace of mind that Axio stepped out of the domain, with the small addition of a hood to his baggy clothings, growing thick white fur all over his body, including his face and even covering his dark hair and eyes, he casually moved until he ran into a city.

Whistling an ear wrenching tune as he pulled out a map from his coat, he confirmed that this was the right place, whilst he was indeed going to meet some other pieces of this white sludge, using the crystal as a compass, this was going to be the last thing on his list.

The goblins and such had since long stopped being a good source of income of XP, it was easy to look forward to new abilities but all of his other powers always grew more potent with each kill, noticeably so at certain thresholds.

His latest addition, size manipulation felt like something he should push to its limits, if was able to grow as small as an ant in the blink of an eye, it would had a new method of avoiding damage to his repertoir.

The city of Rolo wasn't nearly as big as Rova or important but it had something that attracted adventurers and other seekers of riches.

Dungeons and battle towers!

As someone that also spawned creatures to fight on his behalf, the wretch had always thought that visiting one of those was a must, who knew, perhaps he would find enlightenment or something.

Although, it really was for some XP.

Roderst, although mostly ruled and inhabited by humans and some of their subspecies, was also home to other species.

Most of those were to be found in the military or has adventurers, thus the disguise he had assumed.

Walking up to the gate like a good citizen, he was able to enter like anyone else, he didn't carry anything suspicious after all and either way, people were always walking around with weapons and some could conjure bombs from thin air, so suspiciousness was a difficult feat to achieve.

He may have looked weird but his bullshitting capabilities carried him through without problems.

He could spew nonsense, but actually conversing with those people was another affair, the only beings he had ever had actual conversations with, were Asshole, who was completely subservient and Faceless, who wasn't the greatest in this area.

'Act normally, you are just an adventurer with druidic abilities' he repeated his cover up story as he made his way to one of the guilds in the city, eyeing the groups around.

Which of them was the strongest? Which was the one he could leech off the most from?
