Insignificance.
Like a prey being looked down upon by a proud lion.
It was like being a lizard in a world populated only by mighty dragons.
The feeling one would experience when staring at their own reflection and realising that they amounted to nothing, that their existence had no bearing and held no meaning.
A fairly common thing for humans and other intelligent species, in such a vast world, one that no one had yet to fully explore, it was only natural to feel like they were nothing when horrors and creatures of monumental strength wandered around.
This wasn't so common for the superior dragons, dragons could be many things, they could be simple beasts, they could be monsters, they could intelligent and refined, they could be gods.
The Condemned had never known such a feeling, he stood at the pinnacle of dragons, none could rival him and with the gods incapable of enacting their heavenly mandates down on the mortal soil, he could easily proclaim himself a deity and few would be able to rebute him.
His strength was simply that overwhelming, the sole reason his wings had been ripped off of his back was only because he had chosen not to fight back and slay his own brethrens.
It was the price he had to pay for believing strength alone was enough to earn their respect and trust, to earn the right to rule over them.
He had never regretted his decision or felt fear, he had never felt insignificant even when rejected by his own.
It was his first experience with such feelings.
It was unlike anything he had ever encountered before, it was overwhelming his senses and gnawing at his sanity.
The Obsidian Queen held full authority over him due to his nature as a monster and yet, he had never felt threatened by her.
The purple glow seemed to fill the entire world as his vision blurred.
"What have you done? Axiolypito?!" he shouted whilst still blinded, still decided on flooding the area with his lava breath.
The blinding light soon receded and just as The Condemned was about to spew his lava out, he stopped dead in his track.
His eyes quivering at the thing that now stood milimeters away from his face.
Something... A dragon matching his size had appeared.
Its flesh was a pristine white and seemed to be in a state of constant melting, two, bright and shiny yellow eyes in the center of dark eyes were staring straight at him.
The dragon's jaw curved into a petrifying smile as he began laughing.
Laughing, laughing... He laughed without stop, it wasn't a forced laughter either, he seemed genuinely and deeply amused about something.
His mind filled with terror, The Condemned pushed this sensation aside, taking a single step back before slamming one of his paws straight into the melting dragon's head.
It bursted with nothing but the same white flesh.
"Ahah! AH! Axio! You've done it now! You have brought me exalted flesh and blood!" Dramentia snickered as his head didn't reform, a mass of flesh instead bursting from his best and striking the minister away, straight into the water.
Axiolypito had already taken measures and moved a good distance away from the two dragons.
He looked down at the cave, Dramentia had been the one to inform him of its existence, aware of it thanks to O'fiel.
The plan to let Dramentia take care of The Condemned had been birthed in this instant.
However, apostles of Mov were never summoned with their true powers, far from it.
Not only did they only have a fraction of their capacities to use, their time was limited and they couldn't move too far from the point they had been summoned.
Dramentia had informed him of this, due to knowing that a basic summoning with only Axio's crystal wouldn't cut it.
'I wouldn't have enough time' he had said.
All of the crystals had been burnt out, no one else would ever be able to use them for anything.
He casually sat down to enjoy the show...
The Condemned was beyond shocked, not only had the strike been able to throw him back like it was nothing, it had actually hurt him.
A single blow.
Not only that, but the laughing dragon's voice had disoriented him, he couldn't tell whether it was spoken aloud, inside of his head, both or if he had simply lost his mind.
His huge mass was dragging him deeper into the water and as he looked up, he saw deformed mass of gooey limbs and wings heading straight for him.
Raising up his arms defensively, it did nothing to stop Dramentia from slamming into him and push him underwater.
"Why so tense exalted? Take a deep breath and calm down!" the melting dragon laughed in his face, clearly unaffected by the lack of oxygen.
The Condemned didn't bother to listen to his ramblings and instead began to heat up his body, causing bubbles to rise from his scales.
The bubbles soon got so numerous that both the dragons were completely enclosed in a wide area of boiling water.
"I see, I see! Let me help you with that" Dramentia caught on what the minister was planning and began doing the exact same thing.
Simultaneously, as if they had rehearsed this beforehand, both ended up suddenly releasing a much stronger heat, converting the wide area into steam, the sudden change resulting in an explosion.
The waves that resulted from this calamity were certainly going to end up striking the shores of other continents and reap the lives of many sea creatures.
As the instigator of this fight, Axiolypito, thanks to his ability of 'No Sharing' was going to be getting paid without lifting a finger.
In fact, he was currently laying down and having an offspring he summoned feed him grapes.
The outcome of this fight was already decided, it had been the moment The Condemned decided to come here.
Emerging from the tower of steam, the two dragons seemed unharmed by the blast, but most importantly, both were flying up in the air.
'He can do that?' Axio clapped his hand at the display.
From the draconic minister's back, two wings made from liquid lava stayed perfectly in place and despite not having any sort of way to actually function as wings, they were working wonders.
The minister lasted Dramentia with a stream of lava, some of the attack landing on the water and land further away, demonstrating it incredible power.
Dramentia was eating it all anyways.
Sipping the lava as if it was a prized dish.
The instant, The Condemned stopped, which had been about five minutes after he started, the mad dragon grabbed him by the head and forced him closer.
In the center of Dramentia's forehead, an eye unlike any of his others appeared, this one was purple, the same purple as Axio's own eyes.
Axiolypito had no idea what it did but the mighty dragon instantly went limp and was swiftly consumed, now part of Dramentia forever.
Axio sighed as Dramentia casually waved at him.
"Now that that's done..."
