Oceana Palace

Levi was fascinated by the idea that his mana was special, and he leaned in to listen more closely as Ryu began to speak.

"Levi, let me tell you why your mana is special," Ryu said, his voice taking on a serious tone.

Levi nodded eagerly, eager to learn more about the power that flowed through his veins.

"Your mana is called Ocean Mana," Ryu continued. "This mana is the same kind of water mana but it is more powerful. With this mana, you can use more powerful water element spells or even ice element spells. You can also use hot water with this."

Levi's eyes widened with excitement. The idea of being able to control the power of the ocean was exhilarating to him.

"You also can feel it. This Ocean Mana had flowed into your blood. Your Mana Heart has become Ocean Mana Heart and then slowly in time, your body will change into Ocean Body," Ryu said, his words causing Levi's heart to race with anticipation.

"Ocean Body?" Levi repeated, unsure of what Ryu meant.

"Yes," Ryu nodded. "As you continue to develop your Ocean Mana, your body will begin to undergo a transformation. Your cells will start to adapt to the power of the ocean, and your physical form will change. Your senses will become sharper, and you will be able to breathe underwater. You will become one with the ocean."

Levi listened with wonder as Ryu spoke. The idea of being able to live and breathe in the ocean was something he had never even considered before. He had always lived a simple life on land, but the idea of exploring the vast depths of the ocean was both thrilling and terrifying.

"I don't know if I'm ready for all of that," Levi admitted, feeling a bit overwhelmed by the prospect of such a significant change.

"It is a lot to take in," Ryu agreed, placing a comforting hand on Levi's shoulder. "But you don't have to worry about it right now. For now, focus on mastering your Ocean Mana and using it to its fullest potential. The rest will come in time."

Levi nodded, feeling reassured by Ryu's words. He knew that he had a long journey ahead of him, but with Ryu and Zephyr by his side, he felt confident that he could overcome any obstacle that lay in his path.

"Also," Ryu said, his voice taking on a slightly more formal tone. "Our organization is called Oceana Palace. Our organization is filled with people like you that possess the Ocean Mana. That is why you can say that our organization is pretty strong."

Levi looked at Ryu with curiosity. "What kind of organization is Oceana Palace?" he asked.

Ryu smiled, glad that Levi was showing an interest in their organization. "Oceana Palace is an organization that was founded by people who possessed Ocean Mana like yourself,"

He then explained. "We all share a common goal: to protect ourselves from those who would seek to harm us and to become stronger in the process."

Levi nodded, understanding the importance of having a group of like-minded individuals to rely on. "So, you're like a guild?" he asked.

"In a way, yes," Ryu replied. "But we're more than just a guild. We're a community. We share knowledge, and resources, and support each other in our endeavors. And we're not just limited to using our Ocean Mana for defense. Some members use their powers for research, others for exploration, and some even use them for entertainment. The possibilities are endless."

Levi was intrigued by the idea of using their powers for entertainment. "What kind of entertainment can you do with Ocean Mana?" he asked.

Ryu chuckled. "Well, for example, there's a member in our organization who can create a water show with their mana. It's quite impressive, actually. And another member who uses their powers to create beautiful underwater art installations."

Levi's eyes widened with amazement. He had never thought of using his powers in such creative ways before. "That's really cool," he said.

Ryu nodded. "It is. But unfortunately, not everyone sees it that way. There are those in the world who fear our powers, and they label us as terrorists."

Levi furrowed his brow in confusion. "But why would they do that? We're not doing anything wrong."

Ryu sighed, his expression turning serious. "It's not that simple, Levi. You see, the world is currently being ruled by a group of people who want our mana, just like those people that were chasing you. They want our strong mana so they label us as terrorists so people can catch us."

Levi's eyes widened in shock. "That's terrible," he said.

"Yes, it is," Ryu agreed. "And unfortunately, these people are very powerful. They have control over governments and armies, and they will stop at nothing to get what they want."

Levi then nodded, already knowing what Ryu was going to say next. "Then why don't we fight back? We have stronger mana, right?"

Ryu shook his head. "It's not that simple either. There are many strong people in their group, and we also need to be hidden so they cannot go to war with us."

Levi looked confused. "Why can't we just fight them? We have the power to defeat them, don't we?"

Ryu sighed. "Yes, we do have strong mana, but we are vastly outnumbered. They have armies and weapons that we cannot match. If we openly fight them, we will only be destroyed."

Levi frowned, frustrated at the situation. "So, what can we do then?"

Ryu thought for a moment before responding. "We could only try to become stronger that they could not match us and fight them in a smaller scale."

Levi nodded, catching the gist of Ryu's plan. "So, we need to focus on becoming stronger and developing our abilities?"

Ryu nodded. "Exactly. We cannot defeat them in a direct confrontation, but we can become stronger and more skilled than they are. That way, when the time comes, we will have the power and knowledge to fight them on our own terms."

Levi seemed to be deep in thought for a moment before he spoke again. "But how do we become stronger? How do we develop our abilities?"

Ryu smiled slightly. "That's the challenge, isn't it? We need to train and practice every day. We need to push ourselves to our limits and beyond. We need to learn from each other and from the masters who came before us. It won't be easy, but it's the only way."

Levi seemed to be determined. "I'm ready to do whatever it takes to become stronger," he said.

Ryu nodded in approval. "Good. The first step is to focus on the present. Don't think too much about the future or the past. Just focus on what you can do right now to become stronger. Train hard, and the rest will follow."

Levi nodded in agreement. "I understand. I'll start training right away."

Ryu smiled. "That's the spirit. Remember, strength is not just about mana. It's about training your mind and body as well." Levi thanked Ryu and went to train with Zephyr.
