BigBoi: That's not what I was asking, just ignore it if you don't know the answer
One Punch: Anybody have free food?
Destined One: hahaha, I was just making a joke. You don't have to be so mad about it.
PrincessT: It's just a simple problem. Use the barrier to your advantage. Enemies can't pass through.
Shadow Lord: Don't you have warriors? I have professional warriors, it's because my talent is high grade, hahaha, praise me!
Shepherd: Just try and scavenge, you can use the system to identify if something is edible or not.
One Punch: Hello?
Sword Master: Just slash through them, killing enemies and gaining coins.
BigBoi: I wasn't lucky enough to summon professionals. Even my talent is below average. It's only Mid Bronze. Pls Send Help...
Dragon Rider: Just use dragons, oh, wait, you can't! hahaha.
Destined One: I have no professionals too you know, even so, regular people are strong as well. Just use them strategically.
Michael: Monsters are surrounding my shield, my people are exhausted fighting. Help
Sword Master: Slash...
GarbageMan: That's a huge advantage Michael, try and survive, you'll be one of the greats.
Monarch: That's good, your NPC's can grow stronger.
PrincessT: Hey! they're people too you know..
BigBoi: What kind of monster? Wolves have been attacking my shield in waves, I unfortunately claimed my territory close to a Den.
Sam clicked the Chat button and it took a few moments to load in. Hundreds of messages showed on the screen, and several new ones are still added. There were so many people online in the Chat.
" They seem to be talking about monsters? " Sam tried to catch up and read the chats one by one, they were talking about monsters that were attacking their shields. There were some random messages, but some tried to answer as best they could.
Monarch: Try to use the shop for your advantage. They sell cheap weapons, equip your troops to easily deal with the monsters.
GarbageMan: It depends on the type of monster as well. If your lucky, the monster are mostly idiots and just attack crazily, but if you're unlucky, there are ones that are more intelligent.
" Like goblins?" Sam couldn't help but think. The moment he first saw Goblins, they were hunting in a group. Now with Xyra's report, it seemed that they have even established a camp site. If they were of the more intelligent monsters, Sam is going to have a hard time.
The chat interface was common, among the many chat applications that he has seen, it was very similar. At the very top, it showed the number of people that were online. Currently it was, 800,000. There were thousands more that weren't online, and sometimes the number would change.
" That many People, yet nobody is talking about how to get home? or their families? " Sam was a little confused. It had only been two days and the people he had 'transmigrated' with have already accepted that they're stuck here? Or is it that, just like him, they were already dead before waking up here?
After a moment of thinking, Sam finally mustered up the courage to finally send a chat. The First message he sent was a simple hello. It only took a few second for it to be covered up by new messages, and nobody even seemed to have seen it.
Benevolent Lord: Anyone here trying to find a way back to earth?
The message soon got covered up, but this time he got a reply. It was a specific reply to his message.
GarbageMan: I haven't seen you here before, you must have just changed your name? We've talked about that stuff yesterday, why go back to earth when death is the only thing waiting.
Benevolent Lord: What do you mean?
GarbageMan: Before waking up here, everyone was in a near death state. Me personally, terminal cancer. When I woke up, I was here.
Benevolent Lord: Oh
" So you can't come home. " Sam said in a sullen tone. The scene where he got shot, came back to him, and he started to breathe harder and cold sweat was flowing down his back. The fact of the matter is, he didn't want to die. He didn't get to do something worthwhile his whole life, he regretted it.
A few minutes later Sam sighed. He took a deep breath and tried to calm down.
Benevolent Lord: What is the situation with each of your territories? Are there monsters every where?
BigBoi: Yes, Big ass wolves, I can't even sleep they are too loud.
Monarch: Cleared out the monsters in the perimeter. It took a while but it was manageable.
Benevolent Lord: What kind of monsters?
BigBoi: They are called dire wolves. Most of them are at Mid Bronze Level, some are stronger.
Monarch: Scaled Salamander. They look like dragons in movies, but are as big as dogs.
GarbageMan: If you have the opportunity, try to kill as much as you can, that was you earn gold coins. That's the only way to buy items in the shop.
PrincessT: Potions are a big help, there are so many kinds. A bit expensive though.
Benevolent Lord: Thank you for all the help, I will be sure to share information if I have some useful.
Potions? that might actually be useful, I wasn't able to browse the potion shop earlier, maybe I'll try later. First priority is weapons and shelter. Soon we won't be able to fit in the hall, I need to buy a house.
Weapons for my subordinates, Spears for the brothers and a Bow for Xyra, she is a hunter after all. The new summons don't need weapons, they will act as support.
Sam started to plan for tomorrow. He was finally going to make a move. If he didn't, the goblins would, and he didn't want to be pinned down.
" I can also use my skill again tomorrow. " Sam stretched his arms and walked to where his bed was. It was a simple cloth, filled with soft grass. He layed down and fell asleep.
