Can upgrade resources found in treasure chest.



Can upgrade in quantity and quality



Cannot upgrade raw resources obtained through the trading channel or resources that were collected manually eg.wood from Chopping trees (manufacturing blueprints and other precious materials are an exception)



Precious materials such as manufacturing blueprints, weapons and expansion materials cannot be upgraded in quantity.



Upgrades will be based on core materials eg. A wooden stick cannot become a rifle.
