Chapter 31 - Conclusion of the store

While I was waiting for the glass to be ready a week easily passed, I didn't do particularly anything interesting in the time I was waiting, in general I just tasted the food of the capital and also took the opportunity to analyze what the level of technology is today, even though in my hometown you could already get an idea, I still thought it was better to look at it from a larger perspective, and what better place for that than in the kingdom, but as I looked, I saw that this is basically what I expected, so I was not surprised, if I had to say one thing it was that there is ice cream in this world, but instead of calling it ice cream it is probably more correct to call it ice with juice, basically they put ice in a pot and then pour a liquid like juice.

(It is far inferior to the ice cream of my old world but still tasty)

I thought as I walked through the streets of the kingdom, I was going to Henry's store to find out how the glass was progressing, I also took advantage of this half time that I could be idle for a week to organize my store, I have already put a clock inside and bought counters where I will leave my products on display, on the second floor of the store there are already shelves that I will use to put the medicines that are being made, and of course, the second floor also serves as a laboratory to manufacture medicines.

While several thoughts went through my head I finally arrived at Henry's store, as soon as I entered, I went to the back where the workshop was, just as I thought Henry was not in the front of the store so I am sure that he is in the workshop, and just as I had thought Henry was in his workshop.

"Oh, you have finally arrived"

Henry said with a smile, as I walked towards Henry, I noticed that there was something in front of him, as soon as I got to his side, I finally got a glimpse of the item, a huge transparent square was positioned on the wall, Henry had managed to make the glass I had requested, looking at it with a surprised look I was met with a smug smile.

"Exactly as you imagined it isn't it?"

Henry said, i simply managed to nod my head causing the smile on Henry's face to intensify, and he really was right, the glass had turned out almost perfect, a far cry from the initial shape I had imagined.

"How many of these did you make?"

Hearing my question Henry pointed to another corner of the workshop, following his hand I saw that there were several other glasses just like the one in front of me.

"You have made so many"

I said as I looked around impressed.

"With this I will be able to open my store even sooner than expected"

"Hahaha, I'm sure you will"

After that Henry and I sat down and continued talking.

"I appreciate you helping me with this"

I said with a smile.

"No need to thank me, I also find these ideas of yours very interesting, whenever you have new ideas just come and see me and we will turn it into reality"

Henry said.

"Thank you for that, besides, I wanted to ask you a favor"

Hearing my words Henry raises an eyebrow waiting for me to continue.

"I need you to make as many of these glasses as you can by the day after tomorrow, how many do you think you can make by then?"

Hearing my words Henry closed his eyes and then immediately answered me.

"I think I can make about 30 more at most"

Hearing his answer, I put a hand on my chin thinking about the number, and a little less than I had thought but I think it is still good, anyway I intend to sell them for a relative price so that everyone can buy.

"Okay, I intend to sell some in my store, I will be happy if you stock up from time to time, and of course I will pay for the glassware"

Saying this I stood up getting ready to leave, but a thought came to my mind as I looked at the glassware.

(How the hell am I going to take them with me?)

As I thought about this a voice came from behind me.

"You don't have to worry about the glass, it will be at your store in a few hours, I figured you would want to take it today so I hired some people to take it to your store"

Henry said.

"Thanks for that"

I said with a small smile on my face.

"Oh, almost forgot, here you go"

I said as I handed Henry a piece of paper, as soon as Henry took the paper, he looked at what was written on it for a few seconds and then looked at me again.

"Do you want me to cut the glass to these measurements?"

Henry asked.

"Exactly, my store already has the spaces prepared to put the glass in"

"Hmmm, okay, if it's just for cutting I should be done in a few minutes"

With a smile I say goodbye to Henry.

"Thanks for that"

Saying this I left Henry's store and went towards my store, I would organize a few more things until the glass arrived, my store already had the parts that would have the glass cut, and as I had given the orders so that Henry could cut them all that remained was to wait for the glass to arrive, with this in mind I arrived at my store in a few minutes, I soon began to organize what was missing while waiting for the glass to arrive.

"Knock-knock"

After hearing some knocks on the door, I went to the door hoping that it was the people who were going to bring the glass, and just as I had imagined the glasses had arrived, 4 men had brought most of them, as there were still some more, they would come back again, but even so the glasses they brought were the ones I asked Henry to cut, with this in mind I decided to position the glasses in their places, after a while I manage to put all the glass in its proper place.

"My store is really looking like the old stores that existed in my past life"

As I said this a smile was visible on my face.
