As I close the folders my intercom buzzes 


"officer Mendez and his trainee are here sir." 


"send them in." I lean back in my chair. 


"Gamma's if you would go wait on the couch, I would like to speak to the officers first." 


Gamma Martin couldn't wait to get out of my immediate presence and all but ran to the couch across the room. Gamma Noah on the other hand got up slowly and gave a look to the officers as they came in. I made a mental note of the interaction, as I gestured for the officers to sit. I could tell there was friction between these two and needed to get down to the bottom of it. 


"Officer Mendez, why was your trainee left out In the middle of sector seven alone? "
