The Everything App

Keith Flintwood looks at the arrays of boxes filled with vegetables in front of him. His eyes glancing around them as his face turns more and more brighter in happiness.

"It's true! All of these really came from this game!" He exclaims in excitement.

The things in the game can actually be taken to reality. It was such a broken ability, it makes him very happy to have it!

"If I have this, then that means the others are like that!" He said.

If the Farm Simulator can do that, then it's not really surprising if the other types of games within the Everything App can also do it.

Just by that thought alone, he was already becoming excited.

"Awesome!"

Then he frowns when he recalls something.

"How can I unlock the other games?" He thought to himself.

He quits the game first, letting it autosave for now before getting back to the main menu of the Everything App. Every games within it still have that lock icon.

Messing around with it for awhile, he finally realized how he can do it.

In this app, there is a section on the top right corner which indicates his coins. It seems like he needs those coins to unlock the other games. Each games have the same price of unlocking them. He only needs ten coins each.

To acquire coins, he has to meet the requirements for the achievements. He can get the achievements by playing the games within the Everything App.

So far, he only got three achievements from the Farm Simulator. These are the [Bountiful Harvest], [Large Farm], and [Livestock Handler].

Bountiful Harvest is an achievement he gets when he sold a thousand of ten types of harvest. Large Farm is for expanding the farm five times. Then the Livestock Handler is when he got ten of three types of Livestock.

Each achievement gives one coin, so if he wants to unlock the other games, he has to achieve more.

"Good, Playing games is actually my greatest hobby!" He told to himself rather proudly.

Even if it will waste a lot of his time, he is fine with that. It's been so long since he spent his time just playing his game. Now that he learned he can still survive by playing, he will do just that with a smile on his face.

Growl!

Before that though, he needs to eat. His stomach is gurgling a lot.

".... I don't have any water... but I think these grapes can be used as a substitute!" He told to himself with a grin.

As someone who survived by scavenging around for five years, he learned a lot of niche things that will help him in his survival. One of it is grinding things to a pulp so he can use it as a replacement for a drink.

Most of the time, it's all dried husk of fruits, or even the liquids from the few remaining grasses on the outskirts of this zone. Though it tastes like shit for him, he can't really complain and just have to stomach all of it.

Compare that to grapes, this will be easy for him.

With that, he quickly prepared himself a feast. It's just really fresh tomatoes and his grapes.

He felt like tearing up just seeing fresh vegetables and fruits like this. This is very rare on this time and age. It's a luxury food for the privilege of this era. He heard even the largest faction on this zone still goes to another zone where the Star City is located just to trade most of their loots for a single fresh potato.

So having all of this makes him feel so happy.

"All of this is mine now!" He said to himself with a grin.

The others doesn't even help him when he needs it. Those he trusts either throws him away or betray him just because he is a burden to them. Even those who truly helps him dies just because they selflessly sacrifice themselves for the others.

It's really an unforgiving world. So he decided he will hoard it all to himself.

Why should he help others? This is not this kind of world!

The good people dies early while the bad ones persists. He only needs to think about himself!

Though even if he says that, it won't mean he will just go around and gloat like he is the king of the world. He needs to stay low and silently enjoy the benefits he has now.

"Stay low profile and enjoy my life! That's the life I want!" He said to himself.

While doing all of that, he has taken one of the fresh tomatoes and ate it raw. Eating it makes him widen his eyes and his body shivers in delight.

"Delicious!"

The slight acidic and sweet taste of the tomato greatly complements each other. It's juiciness gave him something to even sate his thirst, while he fill himself with the contents of this tomato.

After eating a single tomato, he picks some grapes and ate it whole. Sucking the juices of the grapes within as he bites it within his mouth.

The rich flavor of the grapes makes him invigorated. It also greatly quench his thirsts, making him happier and continuing on it.

Now he took his canteen and decided to squeeze the other grapes with his hands. Letting it's pulpy liquids drop on the mouth of the canteen. It's pretty easy for him as he has been doing this for some time.

Whenever he is done squeezing a bunch of grapes, he will eat another fresh tomato before continuing. It took him sometime before his canteen is filled with grape juice.

Then he drinks it in gusto, his eyes shining in delight as he tasted it's richness.

"Pwah! So good! This is the best!"

It doesn't matter if he is eating like a slob. This is the first time he has something like this for the whole five years he has woken up in this apocalypse. He wanted to savor all of it and just eat to his heart's content.

"I'll have to play the game more after eating!" He said as he glances at his phone, before returning his focus on his meal.

After he is done eating, he continues playing the Farm Simulator on his phone. He is laying on his bed once more, while boxes of vegetables and fruits were put on the corner of his room. Stacked upon each other.

"Is this also the result of this App?" He wonders while he looks at the battery of his phone, which is still at full battery.

He knows his phone is not that advance. He has been using it for a few hours now. It should have already been low as he was playing for a few hours. Seeing that not a single percent was reduced on the battery, he can only surmised it has something to do with this mysterious and amazing app.

"Well whatever, it's more convenient for me!" He muttered to himself.

He was getting farther on the Farm Simulator. He manages to buy more livestock, and even a vast array of new harvests so he can eat it later.

"I want to eat apple and mangoes again!" He muttered to himself with a smile.

While doing that, he looks at the achievements that he got. He already managed to add four more achievements to it. The three are just the next tier achievement for the previous ones that he got. The other one is for buying a farm dog.

It seems like some livestock animals here has a chance to leave their pen, so he needs the farm dogs to herd them in, and also protect his farm from those who will try and steal his harvest.

There seems to be some chances that some unscrupulous people will be generated by the game to give him some losses. So the farm dogs are essential for his farm.

"No one can take my things! Only I can take what's mine!" He glared at the cartoonized snatcher carrying a large sack. That snatcher is being bitten by three of his dogs.

This simulator game seems to have some RPG elements in it. The dogs can be upgraded by training them, which costs him some cash (the game currency of the Farm Simulator). By training them, their status will increase and they can deal more damage to the criminals. The criminals also have their own HP and status, so he has to upgrade his dogs more to better protect his farm against stronger criminals.

"I just need three more achievements, then I can unlock another game!" He muttered to himself.

With that, he spent his time playing this game all night.
