Separating For More Efficiency

“What is it that you want to tell me?” Silvia listened attentively to what Chad had to say.

"I think it's best if you and I go from here." Saying this, he took a glance at Amich who didn't understand what he meant. He clarified, "If we are going to search this building for the fragment then we can't be dragging this kid behind us."

"Hey, what are you trying to say, that I am a burden?" Amich got upset by this.

"No, no. No, nothing like that." Chad hurriedly corrected himself before Amich could get angry.

"Then why are you leaving me behind? I'm not a burden, I can help you while you search for the fragment."

Chad was about to argue back when he saw Silvia's stern expression. He took a deep breath and thought to himself, "How do I make her understand?" He clarified to the siblings, "It isn't necessarily lowkey for us to be seen sneaking around with a kid behind us. I think it would be more efficient for us if your brother remained here, out of sight where it is safe."
