Fight or Flight

Colt was packing when his phone buzzed. It a message from Beau.

Beau: RUBY JUST TEXTED JOEY. ELOPING TO IRELAND? HOW ROMANTIC.

Colt chuckled and texted back: YES GOING TO BE STAYING AT COTTAGE COME VISIT AFTER YOUR HONEYMOON.

Suddenly Colt felt the world sway and his wolf bristled. Ruby was in trouble. He grabbed his bag and ran to car dialling Seelie.

"Seelie here." the alpha answered.

Colt growled, "Ruby is in danger. Something is wrong I feel it through the bond."

Seelie stood up, "Where are you?"

Colt explained to him what was happening, "I knew I shouldn't-"

Seelie tried to calm him down, "Just get there asap. I will get her neighbor to go check on her ok."

Seelie called Ruby's neighbor an elderly member of the pack, "George it's Seelie. I need you to check on Ruby Lee."
