Scene XXXV

Her mumble had reached him. Yet Aslak kept quiet for he found such motive strange.

'It's obvious she's a woman.' — The brutish man thought.

Oblivious to what being a woman entailed in her reasons. And continuing to concentrate on undoing the threads decorating his Wife's hair with clumsy hands.

"... a....!"

"Tsk. Bloody shit. How did you tie this, Shuno?!" — Infuriated by the restrained flinch in pain of his Wife, Aslak turned to yell at the young girl who had decorated Ewelina's hair. Finding himself unable to do it correctly and annoyed by the difficulty.

"... Are we undoing it, Master?"

"Yes. Undo it now."

Depressed the girl obeyed, carefully getting her hands to work.

Slowly, Ewelina's strands commenced to be set free from the tight threads and as more came to fall in natural swirls, the man took a few in his hand, to finally appreciate its remarkable strands.

"..... This way is better." — Satisfied to see its free shape unharmed, Aslak mumbled with a smirk.
