Meanwhile, Monica, trying to keep a cool head, still disliked Robert's sudden decision. She didn't want the opportunity they had planned for so long to send Amanda to jail to go to waste because of Robert's impatience.

"Robert, stay at my house for a while. I've asked the hospital to say that you've been transferred to DC because your attending doctor moved there," Monica scolded, making her look older than her age. She often scolded her elementary school daughter, but she never scolded her boss. "Believe me, this is a better option than showing up suddenly. Let Amanda relax and lower her guard."

Reluctantly, Robert had to admit that Monica's suggestion was indeed good. He shouldn't have been too emotional and forced himself to confront William on the first day he escaped from the hospital.
