Date Streak~

On Monday when I was preparing myself for school, I reminded myself to check the current stats for proper evaluation, I knew I was close to reaching the 80 stats mark. Usually, I wouldn't have bothered with this kind of thing, but reminding myself of the pain and how the fight was taking place tomorrow I couldn't possibly arrive there and not battle because of the excruciating pain.

"Intelligence is eighty-one, Luck eighty, Endurance seventy-nine, Agility seventy-eight, and Strength eighty-one as well... looks like I need to be more mindful of my choices, and make sure no rewards are granting me any Endurance or Agility points." That was the best option, it was better to feel a little dizzy during the meeting thereafter than letting myself suffer throughout the battle, especially when I was the one that brought it forth.

"I haven't paid this much attention to the rewards since I first came into this world." Speaking of such matters made me a little nostalgic, recalling the first memories I made in this world.

"I can't believe it has been so long." But at the same time, even though nearly half a year had gone by, it surely felt like I had been in this world for much longer.

"Weird." I started to pack the things I needed into my backpack, but couldn't do but ponder.

"I wonder where that guy plans to take me today." I was taken aback by yesterday's suggestion for another date, I thought he would have enough after spending three whole days with me, and expected him to have a tantrum demanding to leave him alone outside school hours because he needed a break from my presence. But this change in his attitude was warmly welcomed.

"Weird, but I do like it." I giggled to myself and headed out on my usual road to school.

On my way there, I decided to give Chifuyu a call, to not only warn him but also to convey my complaints.

"Why are you calling?" I could hear some kind of skepticism coming out in his voice.

"Listen, you should stop giving Keisuke strange advice, and odd romance manga to read, that guy is getting out of hand."

"Well maybe if you accepted him from the get-go, possibly he wouldn't need to use such drastic tactics." I sighed, what was I even expecting?

"I understand that in your own little world, Keisuke deserves everything he desires, but this guy was talking to a child, which was me, because I turned into one... about having kids, in public. Do you know what kind of trouble he would be getting into if someone overheard the conversation?... Just please don't recommend him any strange teenage pregnancy stories."

"To my defense, I had no idea that specific manga had such topics involved." So my deductions were right and Chifuyu was the bad influence.

"But don't girls like this kind of talk?"

"Adults maybe, people my age, I don't think so."

"But Takemichi told me you were an adult before, so I thought..." Did I need to stop Takemichi from giving out unconventional advice too?

"Do I look insane to you, to be thinking about that stuff already?" He backed away from his claims quickly.

"Anyway since that is solved, how about joining me and my boyfriend for a double date? What do you say?" A dramatic shock was heard.

"Never! You will never catch me alive!" And he ended the call. I didn't appreciate my ear having to suffer, but soon a text message arrived from the same guy.

"And don't think about involving Senju in this, I will never agree." So he says. But then another text arrived.

"Unless you change your boyfriend to Baji, then we can talk." Irritated I wrote this down.

"If you love him this much, date him yourself." And I pressed send.

When I stepped foot inside the classroom, Kisaki was already neatly seated by his desk.

"So what have you planned for today, please tell me." But it seemed like even my dangerous weapon, called puppy eyes didn't work in this instance.

"If I tell you it won't be a surprise anymore, will it?" He did have a solid point.

"You do speak wise words, dear sir."

"Why are you speaking like this? Don't tell me you will try to kiss my hand again?" I just rolled with it.

"If this fine gentleman so desires, I don't particularly have a problem with fulfilling your request." The teacher saved him from embarrassment.

At lunchtime I went to eat with my friends, it looked like for now sharing my meal with them on Monday, Wednesday and Friday would become an occurring routine.

"Maybe I will indeed join you guys for the battle tomorrow," Smiley admitted.

"Ah yes, you look like the kind of guy whose fists would twitch for a fight. You and Keisuke are much alike." I pointed out.

"Is this some kind of insult I can't grasp?" He asked me right after, he was smiling from ear to ear, and I could feel his sinister energy oozing from his body.

"No, of course not, just stating some facts over here gurl. Just because we fight often it doesn't mean I'm always out to start one, relax." He nodded and turned back to Souya that was sitting in front of him, and that's when I realized. I was powerful, did it mean I could try to grab my chance to feel his soft fluffy hair? Would the texture be the same as Souya's? Or the different color would indicate a change? But before I could even make a single movement, this guy faced me once again.

"You may not touch my hair." So intuitive as always.

"What are you on about? I was admiring the outside world." I then pointed at a black bird that flew by.

"Suspicious." I gave up, but maybe there would be a new chance tomorrow, I just needed to tire him out with the battle, so he would drop his guard due to exhaustion. I decided to switch the topic.

"Right Senju, your boyfriend was mean to me, he once dragged me out on a double date, remember? But now when I have a boyfriend he refuses to return the favor." Senju nodded while mentioning.

"I think he needs some time to realize that not everything will go according to his will... but if you want we could trick him into attending one." So evil, but I loved the idea.

"You're the best, but let's wait for now, we wouldn't want to drag a whining baby along." She agreed it would be the case if we tried to drag him along within this month.

"Maybe I should also find someone to date," Nahoya muttered, did we have some strange influence on the guy? Then again there were not that many couples in the manga, to begin with perhaps there were things happening behind the scenes.

"But of course first I will try to find a girlfriend for you brother!" But Souya shook his head at the idea.

"I will pass." We decided to not dwell on that subject since bringing it up would make us feel the awkward air all around.

When lessons ended for the day Kisaki was insisting on going there with our school uniforms on, but I refused to comply.

"Listen you have no idea how many times I have seen students in dramas get caught by their teachers during the evening hours, I will not chance it, who would want to get an earful from a teacher about sullying the school's reputation? Definitely not me." I would stand my ground no matter what excuse he would give.

"Sure let's do it your way." I cheered and we agreed that I would get to his house once I was done.

So as soon as I rushed home, I went into my room and opened up my closet to choose an appropriate outfit.

"Let's see, long auburn skirt, with white sweater and brown coat and boots... looks good." I couldn't make my hubby wait too long and these were the articles that caught my eye.

"I hope it looks alright." By the time I was done, the dinner was ready so I munched on some food pretty quickly before leaving and arriving at Kisaki's house.

"Your awesome girlfriend is here, let's go," I told him as soon as the front door opened, he just took my hand and started to head to the subway station.

"My handsome little man." I knew this phrase was something probably a mom would tell her child, but I just found it too funny not to say.

"Sometimes I wonder what happens inside that mind of yours." He muttered.

"Many important neurological stuff, just like with any other person." We didn't talk much from there on, but walking in comfortable silence wasn't that bad either.

During the train ride, I decided to use his shoulder as a pillow, there were not any complaints coming from him so it was free real estate.

Finally, we arrived at an amusement park.

"Oh, oh were you hoping for us to ride the Ferris wheel so we can kiss inside?" I asked beaming with excitement.

"Sounds more like something you would want to do." I just elbowed him.

"Come on don't be shy now." He just went to the booth to buy tickets inside, and he paid for them both, so I promised myself to take him out next time and pay for the surprise in mind.

"How about we go onto the Ferris wheel last?" I had a hunch that it would be more exciting when it became dark, with all the lights up.

"If that's what you want." So we went onto some rollercoasters and obtained compliments from some grandmas once again for being a cute couple. Then later in the day, we decided to buy some snacks.

"So what do you want?" Kisaki asked, and I requested something simple as fries. He urged me to wait in the same spot, while he got mine and his order fixed.

As I was patiently waiting and spotted his silhouette coming back a mission popped up from nowhere.

'Would you rather give your boyfriend a kiss for bringing you food or hide away from his sight for the next 10 minutes?' The first option sounded less complicated, but when I checked the stats it felt like the system was baiting my resolve. I would get 2 not 1 but 2 Agility points.

"Nope let's hide." I ran with all my might to the toilet. Although my urgency wasn't so great, I spent the next ten minutes sitting there, watching my phone vibrate.

"He won't be too angry right?" Once the time was up I picked up his phone call.

"Ah sorry, it was an emergency." I was brief to explain. Let's say he was angrier at me for not picking up his calls when he was so nice to not make me stand in a line at the food stand.

"The phone was on vibration mode and in my purse, also why would I touch it with dirty hands?" I tried to reason with him.

"Ok, but next time just send me a message so I don't need to worry about being abounded." Once I was at his side, I took the fries off his hands.

"My poor sweet summer child, I would never do something like that." Unless the system asked me to, oops. But it's not like I would admit to it.

After we ate we went to a few more attractions until it was time to ascend the Ferris wheel.

"Ohh~ I'm quite excited."

"Why, are you planning something weird?" He questioned, but I let it up to his imagination. The queue was quite long but worth the wait. When we stepped in, I already had a topic worth discussing.

"You know what I been doing recently?" He shook his head, I could tell by his eyes he knew something weird was coming.

"I wrote a fan fiction about us." He seemed a little bit disoriented, right at this time such interest may have not been as widely spread.

"Story about the two of us, together."

"Aren't you satisfied with us dating? You need more?" He questioned.

"Well I'm just writing down the things I want us to do together, would you want to read the draft of the story in question?" Kisaki shook his head.

"I bet you wrote something weird I wouldn't dare to dwell into, sometimes ignorance is bliss." I pouted, but the system didn't let me stay sulking for long.

'Would you rather say something romantic but in more emo style or talk about serial killers?" What the hell was the second option good for? Not like I even knew much about this topic, to begin with, were vampires considered emo, I sure didn't want to talk about death?

Wait, vampires equal biting, I could possibly make something out of this.

"You're so sweet, I think I just want to sink my teeth into your skin." And that ladies and gentlemen, sounded so much better in my head.

Kisaki just covered his body with his hands, while asking with a trembling voice.

"Like in a sexual way or is this steaming from some kind of wannabe vampire vibes, you got from that guy with fangs?" I wasn't sure whether to be perplexed or laugh at the absurdity of his question.

"What, are you scared?" His reaction? Adorable. And then we stopped at the top.

"Listen I think this is our cue, for a kiss." I patted my lap with all my confidence.

"No, you come over here." He refused to move.

"Ugh fine." I did as he asked, but once our kiss ended I proposed a brilliant idea.

"How about I leave a hickey behind?" I gave him a reassuring smile.

"No." He answered sternly.

"Ohh~ Come on I've done it before, I have some experience since Hanma let me experiment on him before~," I said in the whiniest high-pitched voice. I wasn't sure if he loved it or simply despised me for talking this way, but no matter the reason the results were the same. I received a green light.

After I finished he was stern in conveying.

"Next time, it will be my turn to return the favor." My cheeks suddenly became warm, this whole view of him sitting there so confidently with his open shirt and speaking in such a cocky tone made me realize I needed some fresh air asap.
