DEFEATING BOROUKE

BARDENCOCK CITY, DAY

It is a cloudy day in Bardencock. People fill the streets as usual. Cars and trucks lift people from one place to another.

LOCATION: FATHER AARON'S CHURCH OF EXORCISM AND DEMON EXPULSION.

In the church, Shawn is sitting on a chair next to a table filled with dangerous weapons. Bullets, shotguns, pistols and a glass jar filled with crystal clear water. He is constantly staring at the wall clock impatient and un comfortable. He seems to be expecting someone. Father Aaron walks in immediately.

Shawn's Flashback

Shawn keeps seeing flashes of his father in a pool of blood. He keeps seeing flashes of the horned demon that killed his father. He wants revenge. He see everything. He remembers everything. And he's not feeling good. He misses his father.

FATHER AARON

So she somehow decided to keep serving drinks rather than fight demons...uh... pathetic

SHAWN

I could read her thoughts Father. She was going to come back. Something ain't okay here. Something just ain't right. I'm going out there.

Shawn stands up to leave when Father Aaron draws him back and places a watch like object on his hands.

FATHER AARON

Thought you'd need that. I got it from the eternal library. unlike the last...it's fully digital and it won't overload or explode.

SHAWN

Thanks. I really appreciate. I'd love to visit the eternal library sometime. I just don't fucking know why I'm not yet eligible.

FATHER AARON

Soon son...soon.

Shawn is about to leave when he hesitates and turns back.

SHAWN

Oh and uhm...thank you Father...

FATHER AARON

Oh come on... you're an Exorcist. You need all the tools.

SHAWN

No..not for the demo meter. I'm thanking you for everything. Y'know since my real father died...you've been the best substitute. You've been able to show me the way. Thank you for that.

FATHER AARON

Na don't do that. You're a son to me. Your father was my friend. Greg was a great man and it's just an honor working for the son of one of the greatest Exorcist to ever walk the earth.

SHAWN

I'm going now. I'll be checking the city....looking for any signs of suspicious activity. Thanks to the new demo meter.

Shawn wears the wrist watch like object and switches it on through a button on it's side. It boots up and displays some digits. "19%"

SHAWN

Sweet...what are these numbers?

FATHER AARON

An added feature....your power level

SHAWN

My energy is shit...

FATHER AARON

Yeah you'll increase with a little push. I can't wait to see Stacy's power level when she wears that....if she appears to come back.

Shawn wears his cowboy hat as he walks away out of the church.

INNER PART OF BARDENCOCK, DAY

Shawn is standing on the roof of a tall building facing the city. This place is undoubtedly hot. Too hot. He studies the city as he presses the digital device. A number begins to read. The number finally stops at "99.9%" with a written word wrap written beside "demonic activity detected..."

SHAWN

Bingo!

Shawn hops down into a dark alley below the building. This place is creepy. The ground is swampy. The atmosphere is misty yet the air is hot. Soon the mist increases. Shawn quickly reaches into his pocket and grabs his gold coin. It begins to glow.

SHAWN

I know whats happening dork. Show your self willingly or I'll have to fucking reveal you....nd trust me when I tell you it's quite an unpleasant experience.

His arms begin to itch like hell as they drip blood. The blood doesn't touch the ground. Instead, they miraculously float back to his arms in different patterns until a visible word has been constructed. "BOROUKE". The word disappears and his hands stop itching. He quickly grabs his shot gun with the left hand.

A silhouette is seen walking out of the mist. The silhouette walks into view and alas It's Stacy Miller. Her eyes as innocent and tender as a new born lamb.

STACY

It's me...don't shoot.

SHAWN

Motherfucking Stacy...how the hell are you in a 99.9% demonic zone. Your powers should have kicked in.

Stacy's eye colour suddenly changes to pure red. Her voice now thick and manly echoing with great force.

STACY

The works of the devil are not to be underestimated....not by you little Exorcist.

SHAWN

Bingo!...again!

KABOOOOOOM! a big blast of fire emits from Stacy's hands knocking Shawn far away into a trash can. It hurts

SHAWN

Ow...that hurt.

STACY

That is just the beginning of what I'll do to you little Exorcist. I will incinerate you bit by bit. From fingers to organs....I will burn you to a crisp.

Shawn speeds back up and charges towards possessed Stacy.

SHAWN

So who the hell are you?

Shawn leaps into the air and fires a blast from his shot gun. To everyone's surprise, Stacy teleports into a fiery portal and appears behind Shawn landing a powerful dropkick which sends Shawn spinning away. Shawn is in trouble. Stacy releases more and more blasts weakening the hell out of Shawn.

In a nano second, Shawn is defeated. He lies on the ground burnt to a ragged pieces. His skeleton already turning to ASH. Shawn is dead.

STACY

I am BOROUKE. The emperor of hell. Lucifer's right hand man. You were a mere waste of my time. Now I shall attack the eternal library and bring it to ruins. No more Exorcists no more problem. Haaaa ha ha.

From no where a voice sends a chill down everyone's spines...the atmosphere becomes tense.

SHAWN

So now that you're done bluffing. Shall we begin....

Possessed Stacy is scared to the bones including Pachinko and Mattias

STACY

How....how the hell is this possible?

SHAWN

That was my doppelganger technique. Now that I know that you control the fires of hell....it's time to see what I can do with Holy Energy.
