Chapter Hundred thirty five

It seems to speak a lot more than the other not that others isn't mesmerizing too, just that...." "I understand" the voice said "I thought that girls couldn't differentiate the beauty of art". "Who said so? I asked now turning to meet his gaze, it was the same boy I saw a the hall. Now that I was close to him, he seems more than familiar like I had known him all my life or something. I shook it off mind and rose my chin high.

"Who said so? Hmm? Who said that girls that understand. "I just thought so because they would have gone through the bright colors, When I mean brighter or a painting with drawing, that's always caught them off guard' "Excuse me, you don't know all girls and by the way a lot of girls you're talking about now is far more better artist than guys". "You know that's a lie" he said stuffing his hands back to his pocket and looking back at the picture.

"You know whatever female you have met seems to be numb, you have to travel to a lot of countries to see for yourself". Sunny said and also turned to the picture. "So what are you here for? To watch or participate?  "I think you'll see for yourself tomorrow" he nodded and Sunny smiled and felt like hitting him in the face for underestimating females artist. "I'll see you tomorrow then" she said instead and walked back toward the elevator,

Whatever that's making him think that he look familiar should stop, she dragged her her hand through her hair already feeling exalted she couldn't wait to lay on her bed.  She pulled open the door of the room and found her twi friend by her bedside. She yawned and fell back on the bed. "Thought you guys were already asleep" she murmured with her eyes shut. "Nope, we were waiting for you to explain to us the meaning of the little meeting you just had now" Sunny heard Jade said.

"What little meeting? Sunny sat up and glare at both Gina and Jade. "Come on, don't lie to us we're you friends" Gina pouted. "I don't know what you're talking about" she said still glaring at nothing of them to open up. "Really? You were with that boy you saw at dinner and you're pretending that you don't know" Jade revealed. "Geez! Sunny laughed. "It was just unexpected, I didn't know and he was the one that walked up to me" 

"So what did he say? Gina leaned forward with her eyebrows twitching. "Stop doing that! And we said nothing that is of any important, we just talked about arts work and nothing else". "So boring" Gina fuse. "I know right" Jade smiled. "So why are you guys stalking me". "We're not, I promise, Gina only went to check on you and saw you with the cute guy so we decided to ask you when you come up to the room". Jade Explain and Sunny slumped back on the bed.

"You guys are worst" she laughed and listened to her friends didn't the same too, she couldn't wait to show that boy that he was wrong about most girls "You can ask dirty any help or tips, I'll give you one without you paying a dime". Sunny picked up a pillow s d clung playfully at her and tried bro keep it down so she won't disturb the rest of the girls that seem to be busy with something or either sleeping.  

"I'm serious, I can hook you up with him,it will be the best date ever". "Geez! Stop talking, you're making my headache worst" Sunny frown at her "I'm saying, you never know" Jade shrugged she didn't go answer but made herself comfortable on the bed. "Goodnight girl friend" he said shutting his eyes and waited some minute while the walk to their bed, their company was the best but she was exhausted and need to think about the competition tomorrow, she didn't know what to expect but she would try in her every challenge.

And now she was thinking about her godmother, she didn't deserve the words she said to her. She was just angry that she was siding and supporting a woman who doesn't care or give a dime about her child, it was heartbreaking. While would she even try to tell her that Tara was lying to her, she was the only woman she knows was very sincere and loves her so much not the one that called herself her real mother.

She stir on her bed like s million times before she could force herself to go to sleep, she needed to take some rest, she wished herself all the best in the morning.  The next day, they were to be at the competition hall by twelve and they have all the time to prepare their selves, nothing about the competition was revealed even what art they would be given to draw. "Stop overthinking, you're going to do your best" Jade told her over breakfast at the dining hall. "Yeah, I want to tell myself just that to calm down but its not to be working". 

"You have to make it to work or listen, you're just nervous and just have to calm yourself or else it's not going to end so good for you" "Take this, Gina handed get s glass of food juices. "Just drink this and take some deep breath, do it" she instructed and she collected BT he drink from her and gulped down then took a deep breath "We're here for you and all you have to know is that you're the best" she nodded her thanks.

"That's good" she heard Gina said but her eyes was already in the crowd of student at different tables searching fur one pair of brown eyes and the just as if knew someone was searching for him, I saw someone looked up and my eyes merge with his, he had that cute smile on his face and I glare at him for some while before turning back to two girls that was already watching. 

"Seriously! They all laugh. "You're giving him a deadly glare". "I know a d he deserves it, yesterday he told me that in conclusion that girl don't know about arts" "he deserves a beating, a lot of girls know more than boys" Jade said while Gina filled her mouth with food. "Yeah, that's what I'm trying to show him stuff the competition show. Sunny looked back boy this time he was no more there again. Sunny looked away and finish her food and decided to move around with her friends before the competition.

She tried to stop worrying in things that would happen in the next in the next few hours and hope it's turns out right" they walked down the lines of art before they could finish, it was already time for them to head to the hall. She took a deep breath and they made their way to their room to change and after that, Jade and Gina wished they luck before heading to the hall and she followed the opposite that lead to the stage.

This was going to be a tough one, their were six boys with four girls, she swallowed hard and remembered that she was the best, she only have to move forward to participate. She made her way to line of participant and stood where she saw her number indicated and turned to face the black board with a drawing pencils, brushes and Colours which was by the side of of the board.

She looked up to find a pair of eyes staring at her, they have been arranged in a circle and now he was standing opposite to her. His face told him he was surprised to see her here but he was going to show up his that he was the best, the five Judges walked in and took their seat. 

Sunny tried to calm her heart down on through the speech and instruction a d now, they asked them to face at the wide television screen in front of them and they saw a word "nature" 

They were asked to draw a human definition of nature, she stare at the screen fur a while even when she heard the noise of the starting bell, she kept her gaze at the screen. "Human through definition of nature and after some seconds she looked back st her board swallowed, she thought they would place an art and found out who would be best in putting it down. This was much harder that she thought but she have to do it, because she can .

She took a deep breath and picked up her brush and starting drawing the first picture in her mind, it only takes and hour and she tried to out the best if what she can not just any other human but her in particular what she thought nature is and how she sees it.  She still has her brush on when the announced the little time left, she would finished this and she knows that she was doing her best and suddenly the finishing bell rang and immediately everyone dropped his or her brush unless you want to get disqualified.

They only have three winners, her chest pounded heavily as their work was brought turned for the judges to judge the best, some drew flowers and glass and each were asked to discuss a brief about their work and she waited as her eyes marvel at the art drawing of the boy from dinner, he drew a globe that indicate every part of nature the wind, rain, flowers...he was amazing and lastly it was turn to have her art to be revealed, she closed her finger and watched the judges expression.

It was a woman and in her mind, was pain, stress, tears, hard work and everything human passes through and surrounding her was nature itself a beautiful indication of one. And waited as judge asked to explain her to explain, it was brief about all the things human passed through but after all that the still appreciate the nature around them.

And after that they waited for what seems like an eternity for Judges right make their decision, her hearts pounded loudly when the all sat up and started disqualifying all five participate. She keeps her fingers closed as the came down to the fourth person, if her name wasn't here then she'll definitely be among the three people that are left and....when a name was called, it wasn't hers and for the first time since the competition as breath out and the tension within her released a bit.

And then the third person was called out and then....she looked up at the nameless boy from the dinning and he stared back at her, she couldn't lose but he knows that his are was mesmerizing, it was beautiful and whole definition of the word on the screen. He knows that he'll win but didn't want him to do so. "The winner if this competition is... She swallowing and closed her fingers tightly. "Sunny Edison" 

She opened her closed eyes and stare at the Judge first in excitement and then to the student before jumping up excitedly, she had really won this, she was the winner, he thought it was the boy because his art was much beautiful like hers. She had to stand still and let the judge explain the reason Egypt art was selected as the best.

 Not almost being brighter and beautiful but it says a lot more about the given topics. And the real fact and nothing fantasy about it "You told us the truth, the fact and this is the first nature works that looks different from the other student art, it's the best and we congrats you" she turned and found the boy smiling toward her, yeah he had proved him wrong...
