Chapter 9:I'll deal with that person

I reached into the hem of her skirt and when I touched her hips, there was a sudden squeaking sound from outside, which seemed very clear in this exceptionally quiet night.

I hurried to collect my hand, and at this moment, a sound came not far from the shack.

Li Wanxue was suddenly awakened, and I was so frightened that I didn't dare to move.

"Lu Fei, what are you doing?" She got up in a panic and gave me a push.

I took her into my arms, covered her mouth, and said in a low voice, "Don't make any noise, there is a movement outside."

She raised her gaze and blinked. After I let go, I pointed to the corner and said, "You stay there and don't make a sound. I'll deal with that person."

She nodded. I grabbed my spear and got out of the shack, and turned around vigilantly. I hated it for it really interrupted my things. Fortunately, at a critical moment, I witty to cover up the truth.

After turning around, nothing appeared. The surroundings were pitch black. Who knows where that thing is hiding. But I couldn't find it, so I  didn’t dare to go back to sleep in the shack, and sat by the fire with vigilance around me.

A few minutes later, Li Wanxue popped her head out of the shack and asked me in a low voice if I had found anything. I gestured for her to go back to sleep. She told me it was already two o'clock in the morning.

I decided to lead that guy out, and I held my head and pretended to doze off. This trick worked, and after a while, there was another noise from the back of the shack. If it's a beast, it will definitely rush up directly, so I suspect that it was the man who made trouble during the day.

Feeling that the sound was very close to the shack, he stood up abruptly and rushed over with his spear. A man immediately got up from the ground, holding a stone in his hand.

Seeing that I was holding a spear, he turned his head and ran. This guy probably wanted to kill me, and then took possession of Li Wanxue. I have to teach him a lesson no matter what. I followed him and catched up. When the distance was close, he used the spear in his hand to jab at his back.

He yelled several times.

"Brother, stop poking, I surrender." He turned around abruptly and hugged a tree.

I stopped and pointed the spear at him: "Are you a survivor on the same plane as us?"

He nodded: "Yes, brother, I don't mean anything else, but I'm so hungry. I want to come to you to get something to eat."

I beckoned: "Come out..."

He smiled, suddenly turned around and ran away.

I didn't want to hurt him so badly, I really don't know how this guy could be so timid. I don't know if he has any companions. If someone tries to tune the tiger away from the mountains and someone else takes Li Wanxue away, it will not be worth the gain. Then I turned and walked back.

Before returning to the fire, Li Wanxue hurriedly came out of the shack, touched me and sat down next to me, and asked nervously, "What is it?"

"It should be the guy who pretended to be an aboriginal during the day. He has already run away. I worried about you so I didn’t chase him which would make you alone." I said.

"Then he will definitely come again, we must find a way to solve him." Li Wanxue said.

I smiled bitterly: "How can I solve him? Beware, when he comes and we will fight once, and he won't come if he is afraid."

If it weren't for fear of being rescued that I would go to jail, I would just stab him to death with a spear.

There was something wrong with her eyes suddenly, and she said quietly: "Foreign thieves are easy to guard, but house thieves are hard to guard."

"What do you mean by this?" She was obviously talking about me.

"What do you mean?" She gave me a blank look: "Do you think I don't know what you just did, Lu Fei? I hope this is the last time. I hope you don't ruin all the good feelings that I have built for you. ."

She screamed and ran away.

"Lu Fei, I'll help you." Li Wanxue finally plucked up the courage and ran out.

Many torches will not be extinguished immediately after landing, and there are specks of light dotted in the forests near and far. The torch that touches the hay will suddenly cause a blazing fire.

The beast that had suffered a loss once was not as stupid as before, jumping back and forth on the tree to dodge.

Seeing that all the firewood in the fire was lost by us, the guy hadn't ran away yet.
