Chapter 45

Ashley walks straight to Adrian's table. "Adrian why did you do that to Kelly?" Ashley asks and he chuckles a little.

"I didn't do anything to her I just said the truth" Adrian insists. "You hurt her.. Kelly hasn't done anything wrong to you so why treat her that way?" Ashley asks and Kim Gang tae laughs a little.

"What's your deal Ash? Is she your daughter or sister?" Kim Gang tae asks Ashley.

"No.. she's my friend. And I made her come for this party. She didn't want to come but I insisted she comes because she was feeling low about her boyfriend and I just wanted to cheer her up"

Ashley says and Sasha laughs "seriously Ash.. when did you become a babysitter?" Sasha asks Ashley in a mocking voice.

"You better watch your mouth Sash" Ashley warns Sasha "Okay" Sasha says throwing her hands up in the air in surrender and stops speaking. Ashley turns to face Adrian again.

"Adrian what you did tonight is messed up and it's way below you just know that" she says to Adrian and Adrian is quiet.

"And you Scott.. you also laughed at Kelly. I thought she's your friend" Ashley says to Scott and Scott is also quiet.

"Come on babe.. let's go" Ashley says extending her arm to Kim who takes it and they leave the table.

Kim Gang tae watches them leave and inhales sharply. "Fuck!" He curses "What the hell is with Ash anyway?" He asks but no one answers him

Kelly starts walking towards the house but there's still no network. So she keeps walking and she doesn't noticed when she bumps into someone and her phone falls to the ground.

"Hey!" She says in an irritated voice. "Can't you watch were you're going?" She says to the person and then looks up at them.

"Kelly.. where have you been? I've been looking for you" Ray says as she picks up her phone. "I.. I went out to get some air. It's really choking in here" she says to Ray.

"Oh.. sorry about that" Ray says to her. "I want to get going back to my dorm. I don't want to stay here anymore" she says. "It's rather late for you to start going back to your dorm now. Why don't you go back in the morning" Ray suggests to her.

"In the morning?" Kelly asks not believing what Ray is saying to her. "Yeah Kelly that's the safest thing to do. Everyone's leaving in the morning anyway so it's not like you'll have to stay here all alone till dawn" Ray says to Kelly.

"I.. can I get a place to sleep until it's dawn" Kelly asks. "Sure there are so many rooms here" Ray says.

"Okay.." Kelly replies. "That reminds me where's Ashley?" Ray asks as he leads Kelly upstairs to find a room.

"I don't know.. she's probably around somewhere" Kelly says still feeling angry at Ashley for bringing her to this dumb party.

"Uhmm I want to use the bathroom" Kelly says suddenly feeling pressed. "Oh the bathroom is down the hallway on your left" Ray says.

"Okay thanks.." Kelly says "If you still need me to show you a room come find me downstairs" Ray says to Kelly as he heads downstairs. "Sure!" Kelly responds.
