Chapter 83

"So.. you're not serious with Kelly yeah?" Gangtae asks Adrian. "You know I don't do commitments right?" Adrian tells Gangtae and they fist bump before they both take sips from their beer bottles. Scott shakes his head at Adrian.

"You're impossible Adrian" Scott says and he drinks from his own bottle.

There's a knock on the door Scott goes to get the door and he sees Kelly. "Hey Kelly" Scott says to her with a smile and she smiles back at him "Hi Scott" she says as he lets her into the apartment.

She sees Gangtae lounging on the sofa and sipping from a bottle of beer. She doesn't know if she should say hello to him or if she shouldn't.

He looks at her and his gaze stays on her for a while making her uncomfortable and she looks away avoiding eye contact with him.

"Hey" Adrian says to her as he walks out of his kitchen. He is dresses in a denim jacket with a white polo underneath his jacket, ripped jeans and wearing a black sneakers. He also packed his hair into a bun and his studs on his lips and nose make him look incredibly sexy.

Kelly gapes at him dory sometime until Gangtae lets out an exaggerated cough bringing Kelly back to the moment.

She tucks some strands of her hair behind her left ear.

"Come on Kelly" Adrian says as they both leave the apartment. He halts and turns around to look at Scott and Gangtae who are watching him and Kelly leave.

"See you guys later" he says to them and Gangtae raises his beer bottle to Adrian and nods Scott nods too "Bye Kelly" Scott says giving her a skeptical look that Kelly notices but before she could say anything Adrian takes her hand and they both leave the apartment.

Kelly and Adrian get to the cinema and as expected there's a queue for the movie tickets.

Adrian puts both hands in his pocket and looks around suddenly a guy almost crashes into Kelly with his popcorn and drink Adrian puts forth his arm and pulls Kelly to his chest as the guy stumbles away with his drink.

Kelly gasps in surprise "Are you okay?" He asks her and she looks up to him and nods "Thanks" she says and she looks away and smiles a little.

They join the queue and Adrian deliberately stands behind Kelly to shield her from the crowd.

Kelly's Pov

I feel so secure and protected as Adrian stands behind me he quietly stands behind me and moves as the queue of people move

It's finally our turn to get our movie tickets. "What movie do you want to watch?" I ask him and he leans in to get closer to the lady in front of us giving out the movie tickets.

"Anything you want to watch" he says and brings out his debit card I look at him with a confused expression

"Uhmm.. what are you doing Adrian?" I ask him and he looks down at me "Don't you want to see a movie?" He asks me "Yeah.. I do but why are you holding your debit card?" I ask him "Kelly.. just pick a movie you want to watch" he says to me and I roll my eyes at him and turn my attention back to the lady in front of us
