Chapter 154

Adrian pulls up at Kelly's work place waiting for her.

Adrian's POV

I watch as Kelly walks out of the building so I get out of the car and go to her.

"Kelly.. I came to pick you up.. let's go home" I say to her "I'm not going to Ashley's apartment with you.. I'm going back by myself" she says to me

"Kelly.. please let me take you back.. we need to talk" I say to her. "I don't want to talk to you Adrian.. can you leave me alone?" She says irritated and she starts to walk away but I get in her way

"Kelly.. we can do this the easy way or the hard way. I just want to pick you up and talk to you I say to her

"Adrian. I'm. Not. Going. Back. With. You" she says "okay Kelly.. I have to do this then" I say to her

Kelly shrieks as Adrian carries her over his shoulder effortlessly

"Adrian!.. put me down this instant!!" She screams but Adrian only smirks as he walks to his car

"Adrian Pablo Fernandez!!.. let me go!" She shouts again gaining the attention of passersby as Adrian keeps walking and people are looking at them

"Don't worry guys.. it's fine, she's my girlfriend so there's no problem here. I just want to talk to her" he says to the people looking at them before placing Kelly at the passenger seat and locking the door

Before he goes to take his seat in the car. Kelly tries to get out of the car but he holds her back and cuffs her hand with his in a handcuff

"Adrian.. what are you doing?" Kelly gasps as Adrian locks her hand with his

"Relax Kelly.." he says to her and she struggles to get out of the cuffs. "It's no use Kelly.. you're stuck with me" he says to her with a smirk and she groans in frustration

"I hate you Adrian!" She says fuming "and I love you too Kelly Edwards" he says to her and she scowls

"Ashley.." Scott calls out to Ashley "hmmm" she answers as she bites on a cookie and her eyes are on her painting

Scott is currently at Ashley's apartment. Ashley got off work earlier today so she decides to put finishing touches on her last painting before turning on her paintings in tomorrow for the exhibition

"Will you be free on Friday?" He asks her "yeah.. I guess.. I'll actually be working remotely on Friday so I don't have to be at the office"she says "I was wondering if we could have dinner.. I'll come pick you up by 7:00pm" he says to her and she smiles

"Are you asking me out on a date?" She asks him as she sits beside him

"Yeah.. I mean we are together now and I just felt like we should go on a date" Scott says "okay.. then we'll go" Ashley says and Scott's eyes lighten up

"Thank you Ash" he says to her "I love you" he says to her "I love you too" she says to him before they kiss

"Where are we going Adrian?" Kelly asks Adrian confused because this isn't the way to Ashley's apartment

"Relax Kelly you'll know eventually" he says to her and she squirms in the passenger seat

"No Adrian.. tell me where you're taking me to" Kelly says anxiously

"Kelly... Just trust me.. or don't you trust me?" Adrian asks her looking at her she keeps quiet and stops protesting and Adrian smiles to himself "at least she still trusts me" he says to himself

Shortly after

He drives into a large compound and parks the car

He uncuffs his hand and Kelly's hand and Kelly hisses in pain due to the friction and the mark the cuff gave to her wrist. Adrian helps her out of the car

"I can get out of a car by myself!" She says to Adrian.

Adrian leads her into the building and it turns out to be a condominium apartment.
