Chapter 166

"I.. I don't.." Sasha is unable to form a sentence as she's very flustered

"It's fine Sash.. you don't have to give me an answer I just had to tell you how I'm feeling" Gangtae says

"If.. you change your mind about going to San Francisco I'll be waiting for you at my house" Gangtae says before leaving Sasha's house leaving Sasha speechless

Later that day

Ashley, Scott, Kelly, Adrian and Gangtae are all gathered at Ashley's apartment after the exhibition to leave for San Francisco.

"You did very well today babe.. I'm proud of you" Scott says as he gives Ashley a kiss on her lips "thanks hun" Ashley says

"So you see you had nothing to worry about" Adrian says as all head for Gangtae's Ford Jeep that is big enough to take everyone including their bags and belongings

"Yeah Adrian.. thanks for coming" Ashley says "and thank you Kelly for buying my painting" Ashley says "you're welcome Ash.. I know that this is the just the start of something new and great for you in your career Ash and I'll give you all of my support all the way" Kelly says and Ashley is really touched by what Kelly that she wraps Kelly in a hug and Kelly is surprised at first but she hugs Ashley back

"Ash.. I'm sorry I missed your exhibition. I'm really sorry. But I promise to get you good clients for your paintings. Infact, I'll give you the contact of a real estate company in need of paintings and art decorations for their clients who rent or buy their homes" Gangtae says as he gives Ashley a card

"Just tell them you're from Kim Jihyun.. and they'll do business with you." Gangtae says and Ashley is surprised that he actually got her a big client instantly

"Thanks Tae" Ashley says " it's the least I can do" Gangtae says

"So we're done.. let's leave" Adrian says but Gangtae is skeptical to leave since Sasha hadn't showed up yet

"Hey man.. what's wrong? You waiting for someone?" Adrian asks.  Scott and Ashley know who Gangtae is waiting for

"Huh?.. uhh.. yeah.. I'm actually waiting for someone" Gangtae says as he keeps his eyes on the road looking out for a car or something to show that Sasha is here but he doesn't see anything yet

"Are you waiting for Sasha?" Adrian asks Gangtae and Gangtae freezes and avoids Adrian's gaze

"Yyeah.. I am.." Gangtae admits "I knew it" Adrian says "don't be angry.. I just wanted her to be a part of this.. I'm sorry if you're uncomfortable with her coming but I promise she won't cause any trouble for you or Kelly" Gangtae says trying to convince Adrian and Adrian sighs

"I hope so.. I genuinely hope she won't do something annoying again

"She won't Adrian" Gangtae says "how are you so sure that she'll show up?" Adrian asks

"I'm just hoping she does show up" Gangtae says

Minutes later

Sasha still hasn't shown up. "Dude.. I don't think she'll come.. let's get going" Scott says to Gangtae and Gangtae sighs defeated

"Okay let's go.." he says and he takes the driver's seat and starts the car. He's about to pull out to the road when he hears the beep of another car horn

And the door opens as Sasha steps out all glamd up and Gangtae feels his heart flip while Ashley face palms at Sasha

Her chauffeur gathers all her bags as she walks up to Gangtae's Jeep and Gangtae winds his window down

"Is there still space for me to come along with you guys?" Sasha asks.

"O-of course" Gangtae stutters but gets down immediately and helps Sasha to load in all her bags.

"Is this necessary?" Ashley asks "what?" Scott asks her "are all those bags that Sasha brought necessary?. We'll be staying there for two days or a day and a half and she's loading all those bags in the trunk" Ashley says in sarcastic voice and Scott chuckles

"Well..it's Sasha that's her thing" Scott says. However Kelly is having a hard time in the car

She doesn't know if she should get down from the car now or stay put

She doesn't like that Sasha is coming with them  and she feels very awkward around her.
