Chapter 20 Good guy

        Fame and fun happens to be one of the notorious club in town,I had wondered severally what Chris will be doing at this type of club?. With his good guy look, I would bet my life over it that he would not be that type of guy. But says who?,what about me?,what am I doing here. We might be here for the same purpose. Whatever his reasons are for being here, I don't care as far as it does not get in my way.

       We got to the the club and Nora parked at safe distance. I was curious about her parking odd,she said she did this in case of uncertainty. If there is a need to leave,we will be able to leave fast. I wondered so but I  did not ask her maybe later I will.

    I got down and Nora did the same, she locked the car and we headed inside. When we got inside,I was at awe,the place was filled with people. This is my first time of stepping my feet in a club, you can imagine the kind of boring life I lived. The fun part was as we made our way in,all eyes were on us. I giggled and whispered to Nora

   "You got people drooling, baby"

  "I don't think it's me,look again"

she whispered back,

"its you they are looking at not me."

I sure looked and all attentions were on me. I smiled shyly and followed Nora as she made her way forward.

     There is a bar at the exclusive end. We went over to the bar  and Nora ordered drinks  for us.  Mind you everything I am doing tonight,I am doing them for the first time. The bar man pass two shots of cocktail towards us,one for Nora and one for me. I gulped down mine and my throat burnt because of the sensation. Nora noticed and asked if I would order wine,I told her that I  am ok with what we having,I could not afford to give the expression of being out of place.  I know she is looking for any thing that will make her want to change my mind of being here. When she saw that I was cool, she relaxed.

      Meanwhile I noticed she has been searching for someone and I bet I know who that person is.

"Aha! Found him"

she exclaimed.

"Who?"

I asked

"Your prince charming offcouse" 

    She told me. I turned and looked at the direction of her gaze,lo and behold,he was sitting among two guys in a nonchalant way. I presumed the other one is his friend because I know that the other one is his cousin .I smiled and told Nora we should moved over to their table, She said ok and we left the counter and went over to them.

  "Hello creatures"

     Nora said in a filtering manner while showing off her killer smile. I giggled at the expression of one the guys who is sitting next to Chris

"Hello to you too"

    The guys who was sitting next to chris responded and made a space for a person.

"Come sit gorgeous"

He said and gestured for Nora to come sit beside him

    I was like, is this guy blind,can't he see that we are two?

"We are two; see."

She said while pointing at me

"Oh! my bad"

   He said. He made a space for Nora to come sit beside him and moved front,in that way I will be sitting beside Chris. The whole time Chris did not battered an eye ,his stare was on me. It was like he was  scrutinizing me. I was nervous but I did not want to show it. I moved over and sat beside Chris flashing him my gorgeous smile, my handsome stranger.
