Chapter 112 Old time sake

Gina's point of view.......

    I had to walk on the early morning of Thursday. The morning breeze refreshed me.

    I got home and inserted my key and then unlocked my door. Opening the door,I was met with surprised. I had two people sitting patiently on my couch waiting for me.

    I wondered what these people are doing here,they can't come here without my permission.

   "Do you go to people's houses uninvited huh?"

I asked with a deep frown on my face.

 "I see you have got some nerves"

Glamorous said

 "And why won't I,you are invading my privacy and I don't appreciate it"

I said, still frowning. I was bitterly annoyed. They can take their cursed self to somewhere else.

    "When did you start to care about your privacy when it comes to me"

She said nonchalantly. When it comes to her?,what does she mean?.

  "And what do you mean by that?"

I asked

"oh! I see that the beloved princess have a short memory"

     She said laughing and I was even more annoyed. Instead of her to answer my question,she is asking another one. The guy with her has kept mute all the while. He was one of those guys that attacked me here and at restaurant,the cloak guy. Each time I talk,he seems to smile and I wondered why it is like that.

   "I don't care and don't have your time,please your coming here is not appreciated. You are not welcomed. You are not my friend and I don't keep enemies close.

I said agitated.

    "Friends are the ones who betray you so instead to keep friends close keep your enemies close. Well I came here without knowing why but if I am to destroy you,it's a done deal. I am doing nothing for now because of old time sake so enjoy it while it last. But when I will strike,it will be an unpleasant surprise to you. If you think I can do anything to stop me then you lie. See you when I have to see you, Maria"

    She said and stood up.

"Let's go,"

she said to the guy and he stood up as well. He smiled and secretly bowed at me.

   "Be save princess,the world depends on you"

  He said in away that I was able to be the one to understand it. I nodded and he disappeared after Glamorous vanished.

    What a way to start your morning. what does she mean old time sake,is there something I need to know?. Glamorous is deceptive but the way she said what she said,I don't think she was lying. Well there are alot of mysteries and I guess this is one of them.

     And that guy,why was he behaving as if he is on my side when I know clearly that he is not. Is it their plan for me to lose guard. No way if they think they can be two faced. 

    I thought of calling Nora but decided against. She should still be asleep by now. I know she works but she is her own boss so she does whatever she likes.

     I pulled my sandals and lay back on the couch, hoping to get my mood back,I don't need them making me to have a bad mood for the rest of the day.

     Somewhere in the Island, Glamorous was seen walking forward with Xylie,the cloak guy.

 "Your queenship,"

He said, bowing slightly

      "Don't you think you are over working yourself on this issue?"

   He asked, hoping to get a response from her. She kept mute and continued walking. Xylie made to speak again but she stopped him by raising her hand .

  "Enough Xylie! sometimes,your actions truly confuse me. Next minute you are giving ideas on how to bring the princess down, another you are saying something else. I beginning to doubt your loyalty"

She said the last statement meanly.

  "My queen you know my loyalty lies with you. I just don't like it when you are worked up like this. forgive me if I gave you the wrong impression."

He said and bowed slightly even though Glamorous was walking with her back on him.

 "It's alright. Let me have my peace,I have a lot running on my head."

She said and continued walking.

     "Yes your highness"

He smiled thoughtfully.

   "You think that you are the only one wronged here. let's wait and see how you and your damned son will end"

He thought with a knowing smile.
