Chapter 150 Added Joy

   He slowly rose from my lap with a confused look on his face. Tiana has mentioned the authentic of the living potion,so I was not shaken when I saw him lying lifeless at white mountain because I had in mind to let him drink the potion when I was done dealing with Glamorous.

    I could never forget the look of shock that registered on her face when she saw me. It was later I got to know that I was actually having a night mare more like I was dead. I was going to the great behind and I bet that Tiana made me take the living potion,that was why I was able to come back to life. 

    Had it been that there was no living potion,I and Chris might have gone like that and the South might have to live in fear for the rest of their lives.

   I literally wanted to hug him so tight,if possible emerge his body with mine but I can't because of the wound on his chest.

     My anger was over the edge when I saw the amount of blood that came out from his wound. Glamorous did not know a place to stab him other than his chest,she is damn luck that she has to die even before I fed her the dish I prepared for her.

    I know that even not for my bro,things would have gone different and I would have made sure she tasted her own medicine.

    But all in the past now,I believe Chris will heal in no time that's why he is a witch.

    I helped him up and gently hugged him being careful not to add pains to his pains. He pulled away and brushed his lips slightly on mine and my face turned red. Must he do that in front of everyone?.

    He made to sit up but groaned painfully so I had to let him lie down back on my lab. He did and close his eyes

"What don't you help him heal"

Tiana said and raised a brow. What does she mean by that?

   "Stop looking at me like that,make use of your power as the witch princess"

  She said, making me confuse.

"Sis,you did the potion without direction.Then trust your heart once more and let it guide you"

   He said. How did  even get to know that I did the potion myself,well it's no new thing.You can imagine that none of us got to know his name.

    "Okay"

I said awkwardly.

    "But please can you tell us your name"

I said sheepishly. Chris flicked his eyes open at the sound of my voice and looked starting from Mom to My bro,it's weird referring to him as my bro. Chris's face held alot of questions and I know that I have a lot to explain to him.

     His look lingered on him. He sighed and close his eyes back.

   "Thanks bro for all your help,I knew I could trust you."

   Chris said and I knew instantly that they have known themselves before now. I have always been the one that is constantly in the dark. But I am over it,every one of them has reasons for constantly keeping me in the dark.

 " Anytime Bro,it's the least I could do for you. You are family and family comes first. And for my name"

He said staring at me

   "Xylie or Jade...mom gave me Jade but I took up Xylie when I became Glamorous accomplice"

He said and I nod my head. I decided to try what they said about healing Chris. 

    I close my eyes and pressed my hands on his wound muttering what I can't comprehend best known to my inner witch. Within a space of time,I noticed a wave of energy leaving my body. I kept up with what I was doing until I heard him sigh with relief,I slowly opened my eyes to behold him staring gently at me with gratitude written all over his face. I think as soon as he got healed,the pains I have been having disappeared. Mates and bond

    Today has been an eventful one. I never thought today will go like this. When I saw Glamorous this morning,it's never crossed my mind that it will be her last time of pestering me.

    Chris kept drawing circles on my lap with eyes closed. 

    We only have one issue at hand and that's taking care of the lord once and for all. 

      I actually remembered that I have not eaten a thing today. Well to hell with food,I am happy having all my loved ones around and to think my bro found me was an added Joy. Things just got better.
