Chapter 381 Hey And Hi

Abigail's point of view….

   I and Briana were rocking the dance together,the DJ was doing Justice to the party. He was playing cool stuff and everyone was rocking it in their own way. I know I am into parties but not into boys. So dancing with Briana and drinking is all we do each time we go clubbing or partying.

   I had said a hello to Troy and his friends and that was all.

  Troy back then used to crush on me but as time went on, he stopped and after he traveled, we became friends of just hey and hi.

   Troy was surprised that I graced his party. I could tell by how he welcomed me.

    He hosted the party at his parents' place and they had allowed him. His parents don't mind but give rules to what should be and what should not be and Troy abided by the rules.

  Suddenly, I felt a strange aura around me and stopped dancing which made Briana to stop dancing too

   I searched around to see where the strange aura was coming from and found it,rather I found her.

  She was standing close to Troy telling him something and quieted my nerves to hear her but I could not. She got done with what she was saying and walked away then right in front of me, she disappeared.

  I sniffed the air to see if I could make out what she is but nothing came out from her scent. It smelt just like water and concluded, she might be from water.

  But what was she doing here and why will her presence be brought to my notice?

   "What is it Abigail?"

Briana asked me and I turned towards her. She was worried.

   "Nothing, I need to see Troy. Something caught my fantasy"

I replied and immediately walked towards Troy who smiled up at me when he saw me.

   "Hello Gail'

He said more, like he said "hello girl"

"Hi Troy, who was the lady who I saw with you not quite long ago?"

He looked at me and laughed.

   "No one Abigail, are you monitoring me. As far as I am concerned, no lady has approached me today except you so chill or are you indirectly hitting on me?"

  "Never mind"

I turned and left.

   He thought it's a joking matter but why would he deny seeing the lady?

 "It's because no one actually went to him. Your head is messing with you"

Something at the back of my mind said and I was forced to believe it.

   I guessed I really saw no one.

"I think I am no longer in the mood for the party. I am going home,enjoy "

I told Briana and left for the rest room. I did not give her the chance to bug me with questions, maybe when she does later, I might have the strength to answer her but right now, I need rest.

   When I got to the ladies and no one was in there, I vanished and appeared in my room looking gloomy.

   I cleaned my makeup, washed my face and changed into my pajamas then climbed my bed when the door opened to reveal dad walking into the room. 

  As usual,he is here to check if I sneaked out.

   He switched on my light and found me on my bed then smiled and left the room.

   I smiled to myself.

   He did not use his ability to check today, only if he knew that I stepped out just that I was not feeling like partying so I left. If not we would have had another dad to daughter quarrel in the morning.

Theopihilus point of view….

   I laid on my royal bed staring at nothing in particular. I had left Gracie's room when her mom dragged her away. I was almost tasting her blood for the second time but the mom came in the way.

   I don't know why I am so obsessed with tasting her blood. I hope I am not gradually shifting from a witch to a vampire.

     I turned to the side and the urge came again, stronger this time.

   "What If I try Abigail's blood, after all she is my mate"

I thought to myself and found myself on Abigail's bed and was surprised to see her on her bed sleeping soundly. I totally forgot she was going out or maybe she did not go out like she said.

I sniffed and found out she actually went out, there is only one explanation, she came back, maybe she was bored or she did not like the party or both, anyone could serve as the answer.
