Chapter 175: Just your eyes on mine!

Her fingers moved again, I was elated that there was progress just added the doctor had stated. I kissed her fingers.

  "Babe, I wish you could see how anxious and desperate I've become, I wanna tell you to your face that love you so much. This will be the last time that someone ot something would ever come in between us, that's a promise." I found myself and saying a whole lot of things even before now. I couldn't remember the time I last cried but today was different, I couldn't keep track of the tears in my eyes. I rested my head beside her arm still holding on tightly to her hand, I fell asleep.

The smoothness on these hands rubbing my face repeatedly got me mesmerizing in my sleep. First, I assumed that I was only dreaming (the hospital had an effect on me already), but I wasn't sleeping since i felt the same tender touch in real. I raised my head abruptly, Gianna had been awake, as well as rubbing my face. I sprang like a child rehearsing for a ballet class.

  "Baby? I thought that I'd never see you again!" We hugged very tightly, we haven't seen each other in ages so it felt brand new. "Ba..Baby, will you ever forgive me? I should've told you about everything right from the start, I pushed you away..." She began jabbering, I placed my index across her lips

  "I should be the one apologizing to you Gia, I messed up." My eyes watered again, tears wouldn't be reminded that I'm a man, would it?! "I screwed up and screwed Nessa, I shouldn't have. I should've done better, I had no idea she was keeping you hostage...I had to find out..." I began to explain, I couldn't and wouldn't keep any more secrets from Gia, ever again. I cautioned myself. I had to confess my sorta infidelity. She didn't let me speak, she too, battled with the tears in her eyes. She kissed me before I could add a word.

04:04pm,

Every close friend and family had come and gone, they were so excited to see us and there, father promised a welcome party for Gianna and the boys. Everyone was looking forward to about e Khaleed and Timmy had been sedated to have more sleep, while Gianna and I were lying in bed (her head rested my chest, while my finger swam into her, entangling), in our bedroom.

  "How did you know about us?" She began, I smiled faintly at her.

  "I was curious to know what else was wrong since, we were okay but you and the boys were missing. It just kinda happened!" I stopped

  "Im curious as well!" She teased then  adjusted to look at me. "There's something you need know that you haven't known yet!"

  "We could actually talk about it much later if you want, no pressure!" I opted

  "N...No! I wanna tell you, its really important that I do!" She emphasized, I gave into her demands.

  "A'ight babe, if you think its important then we could talk about it then its very cool." I said

  "Great!" She snapped, she sat up instead. "Do you remember that time I left one morning with the boys?"

  "Yeah, fresh in my mind!" I snapped

  "It was...It was Garry all along. He threatened me, he compelled me to do that. He sent me a couple of photos of you and Nessa..sometimes kissing. I was angry but I didn't tell because he managed to convince me and I stupidly fell for it!" She explained. If he sent Gia some pictures then he must have been lurking all alone and Nessa was a big part of this conspiracy. I tuned to look at her fully

  "What else did he tell you?" I picked interest, regardless of the situation.

  "So many things that looks like a lie, he convinced me that you and Nessa would be together and I'd be left all alone. Remember times I pushed you away? He drove me into all that stuff. He made me feel loved and I began to hate and doubt you, that was when I decided to follow him. I thought that leaving was the best decision that I'd ever make, I didn't know that it was trap." Gia was sobbing already but I wasn't, we all can't cry at once though.

(How it happened on the day Gianna left);

She drove to his house with the boys, he was excited at her arrival then he changed up minutes later when Nessa arrived with a Moving truck. She  suspected that there was something fishy.

  "Why's she here? This same pressure girl?" She questioned and Garry threw a deafening slap at her, what he had never done, what I have never done. Nessa smirked as she walked closer towards Garry.

  "If he finds out that you touched his jewel then you'd be dead!" She said sarcastically

  "That's if you tell him, like...who's gonna know!" He shrugged "Well, take them away as soon as possible. There's no time to waste...besides what would you do to them?" He asked 

  "Should I say something...unforgivable? Yes, that's the word!" She turned to Nessa. "Finally Gia, you'd be out of the way for good! Once you're out, it's not your story anymore. Its Jordan and I!" She laughed. 

  "You devil, Jordan would never fall in love with you..."

  "Fall for me?" She scoffed "I don't even have that time yo wait for him for one love with me. I'd use my schemes...i really don't know if you'd survive it or not! You are his weakness and that's what I'm gonna use, how stupid you fell for our trap. If only you could tell how he sings your name. Gia this Gia that....like, it sucks! I wonder if you used black magic on him to get him stuck...anyways it all ends here and now!" Nessa stated

She was frightened the moment she sighted Nessa taking out a taser from her purse.

  "No. No. No Nessa, put that down! You don't have to hurt me or them. You can have him if that's what you want!" Gia pleaded while the boys watched, Khaleed began to cry out.

  "Yeah I would, Good bye to everything you ever loved. Its all dead now and after now, you wouldn't see daylight!" Nessa added as Garry turned away

  "Go ahead already before i change my mind!" He snapped

  "It's too late for sympathy Garry, if you want what you bargained for then you'd do as I say!" Nessa instructed.

She used the taser on Gia as she fell unconscious while the boys were taken by Garry as they repeatedly cried out.

Gianna opened her eyes as soon as she gained consciousness, she could find herself in a dark room, and the boys were lying right next time her.

Days after days, weeks after weeks, Gianna would try to find a way out of the dungeon but there was not a success out of it. Nessa would come in with a bright light almost all the time to give them some food. The first time Gianna threw the food at Nessa, it got Nessa infuriated, she beat her up with sticks and sometimes thin rods. The boys would cry and cry and cry but no one would be able to hear them, not even the owner of the store. It was built to not penetrate sound.

  "You should take a look at this snippet that I've made just for you, it's me and your darling husband having a good time. And guess what he asked for today, he asked me to live with him at your mansion. He moved all your pathetic things out and moved in mine, including a portrait of me. See?" She showed Gia the pictures and short clips. Gianna could only sob silently, seeing her husband in another woman's arms. Nessa laughed hysterically and continued.

  "That's what happens to people who don't listen. But guess what, I promised him one thing. For the love that I've slowly grown to have for him, I promise to not find your boys so I wouldn't let a finger on any of them. Kind enough huh?" She said.

She repeatedly visited the dungeon then came a woman. She was brought in because she investigated Nessa, she had written down some articles opposing Nessa and creating a better awareness, the woman became an enemy.

  "Do we have any hope of leaving here?" Gia asked, there was no light for her to see whom she was conversing with but they sat abreast, they could feel each other.

  "I don't think so! Vanessa is very influential and from what I see your husband would never know what she's up to. She's very cunning!" The woman said

  "If only I could tell him that Nessa is of no good to him. She'd poison his mind about me. I know that she'd lie about me, he'd think that I left him to suffer and that's not the truth." Gianna broke into tears. The boys were sleeping, they've fallen ill, and there was nothing that could do.

  "You didn't know huh? So why cry over it? Gia, you have to be strong for the boys, they are alive because you are alive." The woman encouraged.

Nessa minimized her coming, times she did was the only time they got to eat.

Some days later, when Nessa arrived, Gianna pleaded with Nessa to let the boys become medications. Nessa seemed calmed, they noticed her actions. They were too fight or act but not too weak see since she had come with light. She stood before Gianna folding her arms.

  "He wouldn't stop reminding me of you. He wouldn't stop looking around, he wouldn't stop telling me how badly he wants you." She stopped, she spoke like she was angered then sat opposite. "He got me a brand new Tesla, he sure knows how to love a woman!" She snapped "He's given me a lot of gifts, we both stand out on media platforms, he tells everyone that I'm his soon to be wife, he isn't afraid to kiss me in public!" She showed her the picture and took it away, Gianna was half excited and half angry.

  "But there's one thing missing..." She sniffed in "He doesn't love me, he tells me he does but he doesn't! He lies about it then he calls your name again, over and over again! The last time we made love, he almost got me killed only because of you!" Nessa yelled, it got every one startled, including the boys. "Do you see why I hate you? He can never make do with you, I gave him every damn thing. I went as far as acting like you but no. Jordan is never satisfied with me or everything, did you ever go through that... Huh?" She asked yelling angrily, jerking Gianna by the jaw, almost choking her.

  "I love him so much...that I can't count on his carelessness!" Gia said boldly. All she heard gave her hope to believe again. Nessa threw a slap on her cheek, Khaleed and Timmy cried out louder.

  "Please let her be, can't you see that she has children, they are looking..." The woman defended

  "Oh ! Even at your helpless state, you still want to defend Gianna again? Everyone keeps talking about her not me, why? Huh?" She flared. She injected the woman as she shivered and fell unconscious. Gianna couldn't tell if she was lifeless or not. Nessa turned them. She injected the boys with a different syringe, they didn't shiver, they instantly fell unconscious and lastly turned to Gianna.

  "I wouldn't spare you even if I was given a chance, it's you I'm after but not them. If Jordan can't love me back then there's no point of you living because if I let you live then he'd come running to you somehow and if you die then he'd learn to accept it."

  "He'd never love you Nessa, he doesn't like losers." Gia blurted out almost whispering

  "Really? Are you not concerned about the fact that we've had numerous sexes?!"

  "I don't care! All I know is that he loves me and i love him right back!" Gianna answered defiantly, Nessa smirked.

  "Its funny how you grow confident everyday!" She scoffed "It pains me to see him follow my every step to find out what I'm up to, he's too curious. And since he's got a hunch then I'd let him have fun, I'll let him find out...then you both would die for the sake of your love! See you at the coast Nessa, don't die soon. I'd love you to hear our conversation and how he'd reject you for me!" Nessa added

  "Be sure to lose..." Gia blurted as the syringe sunk underneath her skin, everything blank.

(She stopped narrating cupping my face into her palms)

  "I thought I actually lost you for good, I made a mistake and you didn't give up on me Kareem, why do you love me too much?" She was fighting her tears, this woman was already getting my bones too much to react. "Every time she tells me how you reject her gives me hope, every time she tells me that you're always looking and searching for us, it gives me hope. Every time she loses around you, I win! I didn't know why she was giving me a recap of what y'all both had together but it was a Win Win for me, I knew that sooner or later you'd find us. You'd see Nessa's true colors..." 

  "I should be the one apologizing to you, if I hadn't let her into my life then none of these things would have surfaced. I played a fool... Because of the love of women, I was going back to the old me...I cheated on you Nessa, I had sex with her, I shouldn't have...I just...just shouldn't have done what I did..."

  "We both shouldn't, we messed us again Jordan, we keep letting them take charge!" She said. She was broken then i gave a faint smile, she captivated me. I tucked the strands of her hair behind ear. I lifted her face to meet my gaze.

  "One thing I couldn't stop doing was thinking about you, you are the best thing that has ever happened to me Gia. At first i was angry that you left me but it faded, I didn't find what I was looking for. I love you so much Gia, words can't describe!" I said 

  "I love you too, Jordan!" She replied

Our lips locked, kissing and caressing each other, emerging to her necklines as she moaned out in ecstasy. She halted.

  "Can you do one more thing before we both go down? Kill Garry, I don't care what happens. Kill Garry yourself!"
