We all stared at him while he was busting laughing his brain out, why would someone be this wicked and inconsiderate to his own son
No wonder Andrew wants to run away, he is fed up with his parents, especially his dad who acts like God himself.
Andrew left the living room without saying anything, and Alexia followed him immediately
"Don't be angry guys, maybe you all will see each other in the nearest future"- He replied while we all took our leave without saying anything.
The look on his face would definitely give the impression that we are not happy with him. Some of us here have been with Andrew right from when he was still a young boy.
we grew up together in the same school, we literally did everything together and now some jerk wants to break all those years of friendship simply because he feels money is everything. I guess money can take him to heaven when he dies
"Guys stick to the plan and don't screw this up".- Andrew whispered while giving us a sign to where he hid the luggages
I went straight to the car and drove straight to the garage, I turned off my head lights and switched off the car. Giving the security guards the impression that something is wrong with car.
Alexia quickly went into the garage and brought out the luggages, she sneaked them into the back seats because I can't open the trunk, they will suspect something.
"Alright guys, Micheal I would give you a call tomorrow once I sneak out of the church. Take a different car, probably a taxi. so that if they want to trace, they will only find out that I took a taxi.
And we will make sure the taxi drop us at a popular location, so that it would be easy to move to your house"- Andrew whispered into my ears.
"Don't worry bro. I am with you all the way, just send me a text if you want to add anything to the plan.
Catch you later bro"- I replied with a smile
I drove out the compound and Andrew waved us farewell while walking to the living room. I drove to some extent before Alexia finally broke the silence
"I can't imagine a man who wouldn't care about the emotional well being of his own son. This world is just too harsh and some parents are the worst people to ever live with"- Alexia said with anger written all over her face
"I now see why he ends up being so depressed all the time, even when his father was talking back there. I noticed that he was shredding tears, I would rather die than have a father like that"- Kelvin replied
They replies could be attributed to the severe anger of losing a close friend and I am quite surprised that Alexia is also feeling angry. Like I said before, maybe she has finally come to realize that Andrew is a great guy to be with.
Personally, I felt so disappointed and hey when his father was busy vomiting those trash from the butt hole he calls a mouth
"Don't be so angry about the whole issue guys, Andrew already has a plan and I am pretty sure that his father would be surprised when he learns that his son has gone missing, he will be totally devasted"- I replied
"Devastated is an understatement, he will go mad and I can't wait to see the look on his face when that happens"- Alexia replied
"I am going to make sure that his father has no contact to my mother, at least they won't be able to know our whereabouts"- Kelvin added
We drove straight to Kelvin's house to drop him off and we were shocked when we saw his mother sitting close to the security guard
"Mom what are you doing here?. it's late, why don't you go inside and rest"- Kelvin called out to his mom
"Don't worry about me son, Mr james here was telling me a nice joke and he has been entertaining me for quite a long time and I feel quite relaxed here"- His mother replied
We all greeted her and she waved at us for turning over to her son
"Why are you coming home this late if I must ask, it's already 9:30pm. And you know it's not good to walk around in the night"- She asked
"I went to see Andrew, we spent a long time hanging out with each other, that's why I am coming this late"- Kelvin replied with a smile as he sat close to his mother
"Alright bro, I will catch you later tomorrow. Have a good night rest"- I replied
"Thanks man, have a good night rest too"- Kelvin replied while walking back to the living room with his mom
I started our journey and this time, I increased my speed. I was already tired and was feeling quite hungry at the same time.
And I would also need to prepare for Church service tomorrow, it's going to be a stressful day for me tomorrow
"so Andrew is going to stay at our place till Monday, will we be able to entertain him?"- Alexia asked
"Yes of course, I have a game console and we would talk all night. Besides we have an extra guest room for him. Everything is going to be just fine"- I replied
we got home around 10pm at the dot and I went straight to the living room to relax for a while while Alexia brought out the luggages from the car seat.
She struggled to carry it to the living room, so I had to help her with it, she went to the kitchen and served me dinner. Then after that, we both sat down to enjoy our favorite show on Netflix....
Gabriel's POV
It was late in the evening and my dad is still not back home, where could he be by this time of the day. Or did something happen to him?
I kept asking myself all these questions when until I heard a knock on the door, guess it's my dad
"How are you doing son"- my dad said immediately after I opened the door
"What kept you so long honey, I was so worried that something bad has happened to you"- My mom cut in
"Nah, nothing happened, there was so much traffic on the road so I had to wait till it was all over"- My dad replied while taking his seat on the sofa
"How did your journey go?. Hope you could find a nice place for us?"- I asked with a smile on my face
my dad looked at me with a smile too, perhaps he has some good news to share with us
"I actually got us a nice apartment with three rooms. I bought the house for $400k and I think it's really worth it. It's just an average home and it also has a spacious garden where we can plant some vegetables."- My dad replied
"That's great honey. I am so happy that we will finally move to our own home, oh this is such a great news my love. please come and take your bath and eat your dinner.
I have prepared your favorite dish, salad and pizza."- My mom replied
My dad really loves eating salad and pizza and sometimes I usually imagine how he comes up with crazy food combinations for his taste buds. But nevertheless, money is indeed very good, few days back, we could barely feed and were at the verge of being thrown out of this house.
But now we are finally moving to our own house, God is indeed great and I love what he does for my family.
"Son hope you are fully prepared for Church service tomorrow?. We are going to make tomorrow's service a memorable one for all of us"- My dad replied while walking straight to the dinner table
"Yes we should give God thanks for all these good things coming our way"- My mom added
"You are right mom, my clothes are already prepared. But I hope you all know that I would be traveling on Monday with Andrew."- I asked
They seemed surprised when I mentioned about traveling, did they forget that were early discussed on this?.
"Oh I have even forgotten, so how is it going to be?."- My mom asked
"Well I don't know for now, I haven't called him yet to give me a hint of how our journey would be. But I think we will all meet each other at the airport"- I replied
"That's okay then, but you should still contact him and find out what his movements are going to be like. Monday is not far from now you know"- My dad replied
"You are right dad, I will give him a call this evening"- I replied while heading straight to my room.
I sat down on my bed, thinking about how the journey would be. can't imagine the gun we will have together, I have never been to Atlanta Georgia before.
And I can't imagine how that great city would look like, but before anything else, i quickly picked up my phone and dialed Andrew's number
"Hey dude. Good evening"- I replied immediately he picked up the call
"How are you doing Gabriel?"- He asked
"I am doing alright over here, what about you?"- I replied
"Things are going well over here, just that I am currently in pains but everything is going to be okay"- He replied
"What happened, were you involved in a fight or accident?"- I asked out of curiosity
"Everyone keeps asking me that, but it's actually a long story and I will tell you tomorrow when we see each other"- He replied
I didn't like the sound of his voice, something is not right here. but I guess everything will be fine
"Alright if you say so. But how are going to make preparations for the trip, Monday is just a day after tomorrow you know"- I said
"Yeah, I know. Actually there has been a change of plan and I would sleep in Micheal's house tomorrow. So after church service
We would come and see you tomorrow afternoon. Hope you are going to be at home"- He whispered
"Why the change of location and why are you whispering. You are leaving me in suspense right now"- I replied
"Don't worry everything will be properly explained once we see each other. Just keep this information to yourself and stay arranging your luggages."- He replied
"Alright. Have a good night rest then, I will call you tomorrow afternoon once I get back from church. Hope that's okay by you?"- I asked
"Nope, that won't be a problem at all. Just call me when you are at home"-He replied and ended the call
I not exactly sure of what's happening to him. But let me just relax and arrange my things since he said he will explain everything to me once we see each other.
So there's absolutely no need to worry about his actions on the phone, I quickly got up from the bed to take my bath and iron the clothes that I would wear to church tomorrow.
Andrew's POV
I laid down on my bed after receiving a call from Gabriel, I was so depressed and dad by the way my father bluntly disgraced himself before my friends. He had no shame at all
Look at the way he was talking as if he owns everything and everyone, well I don't need to worry much. He is only going to force me to Nigeria if he sees me in his house
I closed my eyes to take a quick nap before the big day tomorrow

I woke up so early today and I am feeling so energized and ready to carry out my mission. I quickly rushed down to the bathroom and got myself ready for church
After that, I quickly ran down to the dinning room to eat my breakfast
"You look quite happy today my cute king"- My mom called out to me
"Yes mom, how was your night?"- I asked
"It was splendid, how about yours. Hope you slept well?"- she replied
"Yeah. so are we all set for church today?"- I asked with a smile
"Yes, your father is still getting dressed, but I believe he would be ready soon. Let's have our break fast while we wait for him to finish up"- My mom replied
I felt so happy today because I know my mission is going to go as planned and there is possible nothing that could go wrong at this moment.
I only feel pity for my mom, she would be so sad not to see me in the house again. But she caused it, if she had talked to my dad and kicked against his idea, maybe I won't be involved in all this runaway mission
"How is everyone doing today"- My dad called out to us with his bad voice like that of a speaker
I didn't even make an attempt to reply his greetings, he noticed it but he couldn't dare to ask why because he knows that I am extremely angry with him.
So he has to keep his distance if he wants peace to reign between us
"Hope you told the guards to wash the Mercedes Benz C-class, that's the car we are going to be using today. At least let me cruise with my family for once"- He said
"Yes sir, the car is washed and ready to run through the streets"- The maid replied with a smile on her face
We all ate our food quietly for a while before my dad got stood up from his chair. He didn't finish his food, perhaps he is already filled to the brim.
He walked out of the dinning room, I think he is going to wait for us in the car
"Hurry up son, your dad is already done with his breakfast. Let's hurry up so that we won't be late for church"- My mother called out to me
We finished our food and went outside to take our seat in the car. My dad was the one driving today, and I was quite surprised he didn't employ the services of his personal driver
Don't know what the hell has gotten into him today, but his gesture would definitely not change my mind about him, so he is only wasting his time
"It's really nice of you to drive us to church today. At least let's us have a family time together before you travel out again". My mom said
"Yeah, I just wanted to feel what's it's like to be on the wheel. It's been a long while since I last drove a car.
So I felt I need to let my driver rest for today"- My dad replied
