"Yes, my father is responsible for all the gaming ideas in the company and that's why many people love him, I'm only there to fix and spot our some minor defects in the games, that's all" I replied with a smile, "one day your father will eventually leave everything in your hands and you will become the overall boss, won't you like that" she inquired with her eye staring at me seductively, I simply smiled, the waiter brought our food and I started eating mine immediately while she kept on staring at me, "is there something wrong?" I asked when I grew tired of her constantly feeding her eyes on me, "nothing actually, I'm just so intrigued by your handsomeness" she said
I simply smiled at her and continued with my food but for some reason, she didn't really focus more on her food and she kept on eating like she wasn't interested in the food at all, "so why are you not eating this time?" I asked and she dropped her spoon to drink some water, "i don't rush my food, i like to eat them slowly so that I can enjoy the taste" she said, seems she is kinda different but i shouldn't be surprised though for all ladies tend to have this kind of trait, unlike we men that just dive into our food and think about the taste later and like the old proverb my dad use to tell me "an hungry man has no concern with the taste of the food because hunger itself is enough and it doesn't taste good"
I do miss my father a lot but i just feel it's better we are far away from each other like this, it would make him value any little time has with me, "I have something to say and I don't know how to say it, I don't even know how you will think about it" she said suddenly and this made me paused my food so that I can talk to her, "what? you can talk to me" i replied and touched her hands which felt so cold, "i know you might think that I'm crazy if I say this because we have only know each other for just a day but I have this feeling inside and I just want to tell you so bad" she said while placing my hand on her chest, I felt a quick erection at that point but being that my legs are under the table, it would be hard for anyone to notice.
"Oka,,,y, you can say it the way it is in your heart and I will understand it perfectly" I stammered, "Andrew how would you feel if i tell you that I'm falling in love with you, infact i do love you and I don't just know how to prove it to you" she said, my senses went off for a quick moment and it was hard to tell if what I just heard was real or just a joke. "You are pulling my legs aren't you?" I asked with a smile hoping that she would say yes, "I'm not pulling your legs Andrew, I'm damn serious right now" she said
Now it's clear to me that she is definitely not joking at all, "but we have only known each other for just a day and do you even think it would be wise to start expressing your feelings for me on a first date?" I asked looking so confused, "I don't need to know you very well before I can fall in love with you, it might come as a shock to you that I have been checking out you pictures on Instagram, ever since Obi showed me your picture, I couldn't help but look for your profile on Instagram and when I saw it I started feasting my eyes on it daily" she said and brought out her phone, I was shocked beyond words when I saw my picture being used as her wallpaper, seems this girl is damn serious right now
"How come I didn't see my picture as your wallpaper when I dialed my number in your phone?" I asked, "I removed it before coming to your house because I know I will eventually carry your number and don't you think it will be creepy if you had seen your picture on my phone that night?" she asked, "perhaps I would have been scared to death but honestly speaking, I don't really know what to say about your feelings for me, I have only meet you for a day but don't get me wrong, you are beautiful and sexy and there is absolutely no guy that won't find you attractive but I would like it if you give me more time to think about this" I pleaded with her
"I know you might feel I'm trying to rush you into this but true love doesn't rush so I would give you all the time you need and let's say I would be expecting your reply soon enough but in the meantime, we can eat and enjoy ourselves" she said and dived into her food like a hungry lioness, this time, she ate well like a normal human being while I stared at her like a ghost in the night. I never really expected this kind of thing to happen and I don't even know what to do or say, "thanks I would give you a reply soonest, I just need to think some things through, hope that's okay?" I asked.
"yes of course, I would do the same if I were in your shoes so it's no big deal really, take your time dear" she said and winked at me while I kept on smiling like a roasted goat. We ate for another three minutes till everything on our plates were completely drained down into our stomach and now is the time to know the amount of food we have consumed today and I called out to the waiter by waving my hands, for some reason, all the waiters seem to be close by, perhaps it's because there are so many people in the restaurant today
"Sir your bill is eight thousand naira" the waiter said and handed the bill over to me, I brought out the cash and paid him in full while adding some extra token of ten thousand naira, he smiled at me and walked away slowly, "don't you think we should order for some exotic wines to spice up our date?" she inquired, and just at that moment, she called the waiter back and told him to bring two bottles of red wine and the guy walked away while she kept staring at my eye balls until I found myself laughing. "Why are you laughing, you are actually cute by the way and you would make a perfect lady if you had come into this world as a woman" she said, "I prefer the man that I'm today, being a woman carries too much stress especially after child birth" I replied and this made her smile
We kept on talking for a while before the waiter came with a tray containing tow red wines and two class cups, he placed it on our table and asked if he should pop the wine open for us but we simply rejected his offer and he walked away slowly, "cheers to you for horning this date and cheers to more good time together" she said while raising her glass of wine for a toast, "cheers and i sure hope we will have more time to hang out like this" I replied with a smile as we both drank our wine, "they will be more dates like this and even better when you start dating, just give me a call after you make up your mind" she replied and I simply smiled at her without saying a word
"I have to go to home now and prepare for work, I'm on evening duties today" she replied and stood up immediately and I followed her out of the restaurant and when we got to her car, she turned back and gave me a warm hug but she made the hug so tight an I felt her big breast rubbing on my chest and now my erection is back again and there is no way I can hide it now being that I have a big cock and she somehow managed to see it but she smiled, "please give a thought to what I told you, I'm really serious and I haven't expressed my feelings to any guy before so for a lady to abandon her pride and pour her heart to you, then you should take her serious because most ladies would rather remain single than be the first to express their feelings to a guy" she said after the tight hug, "I will give it a second thought though and be rest assured that I will get back to you on this very soon" I said with a smile and she gave me a kiss on the check before she got into her car and drove off, glad that was over
I got home few hours later looking so confused, I don't know what to do right now, what do I say to this girl? and I'm pretty sure she will be expecting a reply from me latest tomorrow or next tomorrow so there is every chance that she is seriously praying for me to accept her and turn our friendship into a relationship but I need to seek advice from my friends. I picked up my phone immediately and dialed Alexia's number, she is a woman and will be the one to offer me the best advice, "hey Andrew, how are you doing?" she asked immediately after picking the call, I felt so happy to hear her voice again and I do miss her troubles though.
"I'm doing great Alexia but I have something to ask you and I would like you to give me your honest answer because this issue is bothering me badly and I don't know what to do" I replied looking so depressed in a way. "what happened, you can tell me everything about" she said. I took a deep breath and sat down on my couch so that I can explain everything that transpired between me and Jessica, "you remember I initially said I will head over to the club to look for my dream girl once I arrive in Nigeria" I replied, "yes we all agreed on that and how is it working out for you by the way, hope you got exactly what you wanted?" she asked bluntly.
"I didn't go to the club but a close friend of mine who happens to be a Nigerian however suggested that I throw a house party and he invited so many girls along side some sexy strippers" I said, "strippers!!!" she screamed. "Yes, he just wanted to make everything look fantastic but one of the girls however grabbed my attention with her beauty so I took her to my room and we started discussing for a while before she asked for my number" I replied.
"That's nice, seems you are finally going to hang out with her, I'm happy for you Andrew" she said, "you don't understand, this girl is literally throwing her shot at me and I don't like it at all, she suggested we go on a date today and you won't believe that this girl kept pouring out her feelings, she said she's attracted to me and likes me very much and I don't even know what to do" I replied
She burst into laughter like someone who heard a funny joke and she kept on laughing for some minutes before she eventually stopped, "are you done mocking me?" I asked after she stopped laughing, "please forgive me but this is just too hilarious, you mean she is the one that is actually wooing you at this point?" she asked.
"Yes, and the creepy part was when she said she has been looking at my Instagram pictures ever since she got hold of my Instagram username, I don't know what to do Alexia, she wants a reply from me" I said, "and what kind of reply is she looking for?" she asked. "She wants to know if I would say yes to her so that we would start dating each other like lovers" I replied looking a bit tired of the whole issue
"Just relax, I don't usually see ladies who will stoop so low to express their feelings to a guy but if she is actually serious about this then I would advise you to give it a shot, who knows if this is the lady you have been looking for?" she said, "I had this initial thought that I would be the one to express my feelings for a girl but not the other way round" I replied. "it doesn't mean, you just have to give her a try and don't forget about your sick father, you just have to do everything you can to obey that last request so that he can die a happy man" she said
I felt somehow weak after she remembered me of my father's state, perhaps she is right, I just have to give her a try and see if our relationship will lead to marriage, "Alright, thank you so much for the advice, I really appreciate it" I replied looking a bit happy as my mood has lightened up a bit, "you are welcome, so how is Nigeria, I and my husband are planning to visit you there someday" she said
"Don't just make that mistake, this place doesn't look like New York and there are so many things that are still new to me and even after spending over five years here, I still feel like a stranger so it's better I come to see you guys over there" I replied, "hmmmm, okay but do take good care of yourself for us" she said. "How is Lucy by the way, I do miss their pretty face of hers all the time" I said while trying to picture her face in my mind.
"She is doing great and she is fast asleep right now, perhaps I might give you a call back once she is awake, that's if I remember though" she said, "alright then, I know the motherhood is really giving you though times but you have to be strong, it's all part of the fun" I teased. "okay, thanks, catch you later" she said and hung up the call
I threw my phone on the other couch and placed my leg on the glass table while switching on the television to watch my favorite Netflix show, living alone sure brings peace and quietness that one can't imagine. And the only way to enjoy this kind of peace is by making good cash to afford the bills, but anyways let me enjoy myself before I call Jessica to give her my final decision.
