Never underestimate What Someone Can Do

    I would say staying around them you will smile a lot because I have been smiling since and he just has this way of making me smile. 

   "I will definitely not stop smiling because a smile is like a makeup, you have got to wear it and it  takes absolutely nothing from you to smile."

    He studied me for a while which I kind of found out that he has been doing since he met me outside. 

   "You are poetic. I like you, I don't know, it's like I said this outside. I like your sense of humor and your maturity and the way you talk and compose yourself. You carry yourself with this so much respect that anyone around you would want to respect you too. I think that's why my sister click here"

He said.

   "What can I say? I am just being me, it doesn't take anything from being who you are and about the maturity things, you talk as if I am a little girl"

"Of course you're a little girl. I read people's ages. It's like a gift I have got so I can practically tell you how old you are"

   What he said was amusing to me and I found myself laughing out loud.

"Like for real you think I believe this. You need to tell me something else for me to believe"

   I said, still laughing. The expression on his face made me laugh the most. He was looking at me as if I have gone nuts or why is she laughing, you know, that kind of expression. He has many displayed on his face.

   "Wait? I want to get you. Are you trying to tell me that I can't tell your real age or that I don't have a gift of reading people's age, which is it?"

    "I am not doubting you. I know you can guess my age but I haven't heard that people have gift of reading people's ages so I don't believe you"

    "So do you want us to bet?"

He asked and sat up. That sounds challenging and I am not the type that backs away from challenges so I sat up too.

   "We are on, it bring it"

I replied to him in a challenging tune and he grinned.

   "Okay! we are not guessing age here, I want to tell you your age and if you want to back it up, I can actually give you a proof. So if I say your exact age , you take me out for dinner but if I fail, I'll do all you want for one week"

   "Okay that is a challenge but I feel like you telling me my exact age is not something peculiar. Anyone can guess my exact age so for me to be sure that you are actually read my age,you back it up by telling me what I did on the night of my 15th birthday, I will believe you and take you out as many times as you want not only today"

   I was sure he was not going to guess that even if he's a wizard, he will surely fail. He smiled confidently and I was frightened for a moment because that smile says a lot, like he is so sure and he can actually tell me what happened on my 15th birthday.

   Thomas looked at me then cracked his knuckles like he was going to do something hard.

   "You know sometimes, it's unwise for you to argue with people when they tell you something they can do because you haven't actually known them and you can't tell exactly what they can do.

   "To answer your question, Jennifer you will be clocking 18 on 16th of March and as of what happened on your 15th birthday night, you broke your virginity with your first love. Am I wrong or right?"

    I was beyond speechless. If you actually tell me that someone has given out my information to Thomas, I would have believed it. He was accurate but how did he know what happened on my 15th birthday and my birthday date?. I opened my mouth to say something but closed my mouth when I realized that I don't have anything to say.

   "Jennifer, am I right or wrong?"

   He asked as he fixed his eyes on me. He stares penetrated into my soul and I felt chills run through my spine and I shivered.

  "You are right Thomas but how did you know?"

   "Like I said before it's unwise for you to argue with people when they tell you something they can do. You are taking me out, I will choose the date and time and I will let you know"

   I nodded. Going out with him is not a big deal, the problem is it was unwise of me to bet with him. What if he has asked for something else like a relationship? Was it how I was going to find myself inside a relationship?. Phew.

"Alright sorry I judged you wrongly"

I murmured, hoping he did not hear but he heard it because he smiled.

   "No offense taken. Don't worry about your secret, it's safe with me and if you need anyone to talk to about anything. I give counseling and solution as well"

He said and winked at me. I felt like there is more he knows or there is more he is. It can't just be about reading people's age and knowing people's secrets, there is more to him.

   "Okay I will keep that in mind"

I replied and June returned beaming. I was wondering where she went because she has to stay so long.  

   "Sorry, my darling, I took your time. Hope I did not miss anything?"

I looked at Thomas who shrugged off his shoulders.

  "I don't think you did you"

 I replied and she nodded. 

  "Breakfast is served, let's all go to the dining room"

  She said and looked from Thomas to me. I stood up and Thomas did the same.

  "Shall we"

 She asked and led the way while we followed. 

     Please, I want to ask how you cope with your neighbor you just met and you find out that the brother is an age-reader and they are inviting you for breakfast. How do you react?.
