190: You Are Under Arrest!

"Lastly, I know I have praised you all, but I hear this student has been in this school for only three months, but in those three months, a lot has happened and she has been the driver towards the great activities of the school, hel9ed in creating the now famous 'The Princess and the Beauty Almond' which is now earning the music club some good money and created an app to help her fellow school mate in the study," paused the guest speaker, everyone knew who he was talking about like their moment when nobody called their names before it was called they kept quiet to wait for the name.

"It's none other than, wait do I med to call her registration number?" He asked and the group shook their heads," I want to call upon Davids Black!" 

All the crowd cheered as some of the forceful hugged Davids. Her mother was the first to stand up even before due could, Brian followed as they cheered at her and she found the strength to stand up.

She walked and instead of walking to her parents, they rushed towards her, hugging her, kissing her until everything went quiet, he couldn't feel the sound from her classmates, instead, the warmth she had missed for days, the connection she had with her family ran through her body, "we love you, baby," said mother and father, Brian pinched her cheeks playfully and they removed the shades from her eyes. 

"I am sorry I ran away, I know you guys had the best reasons for doing that I am sorry," sje said as she teared up. 

Her parents understood her and they nodded to her words, after the emotional moment, the walked her over to go and get her presents, before stretching her hands, she looked at the audience but couldn't see her girlfriend, it was just her and her family.

"Congratulations Davids Black!" Said the guest speaker.

"Police!" Shouted someone from the audience. 

Everyone turned around to look at them, they were walking toward the podium. Everyone walked back as they watch the quickly step onto the podium, no one understood who they were here to arrest. 

The first speaker moved back, while Brian and her parents paved the way for them to walk, Davids was left in between her parents and the first speaker. She couldn't move, because the men in blue were moving too fast.

"You are under arres—" started one officer.

"Wait, what?" Asked Vicky as she pushed the officer behind.

"Mum can you please stay behind, I have waited my whole life to say this so don't start your drama.

Mike didn't want her wife to get in trouble as much as he didn't know what was happening, he walked toward her and moved her aside.

The students were now taking pictures while recording videos.

"You are under arrest Davids Black, and any word you say will be used against you in the court of law. You have a right to an attorney and if you don't have one, the state will provide one!" Said the officer.
