174: Will You Be My girlfriend?

In case you get confused; in the play, Adam and Cathrine are played by one person- Davids and Eve and Sunday are played with Daniella. Davids also plays the old man in the previous chapter.

The audience was enjoying the little musical that was being played the Blue High school, they had watched many musicals but this year it was way out of this world, just like the Animation 'Sing,' the actors made sure they did an amazing job and captured their audience, they used some of their audience and incorporated them into the play and it made more fun.

Amanda who was not expecting to have fun, smiled and was amazed by how her daughter Daniella was able to act and sing at the same time, she has never attended her musical recitals but because today sue was invited as the important guest, she couldn't resist showing her face here. 

'I am sorry, you have a great talent, the way you sing, take things normally like it's not a big deal here, you mingle very well with your audience, you are great. I wish you didn't have to go through this all family drama, probably you would join your best acting and fashion designing school in New York or somewhere you desire,' Amanda thought to herself as she watched Daniella perform 'Re-write the stars' with Daniella.

Today she allowed her emotions which she had long hidden to take over, she felt this is who her daughter is, the character she is portraying in this drama was her even in real life.

Brown, with his scarf over his face and glasses covering his face, Vicky had done a good job at hiding his identity with make-up, something Brown had yearned to do,  though that was the only way to make him look exceptional, it also made him feel free.

He smiled, looking as his daughter was doing her things freely without any trouble, that is what he wanted for her, to be happy all day every day in her life but sadness stormed in his heart when he realised that this was only in the theatre and after this, she was going to their house to be locked in like a prisoner. 

The play: "I love you, and I will do anything to have you around beautiful," 

"Oooh, I know, but you know this only works when we are hidden inside these walls, after this, we are just normal people, our families want us to be who they want to who we want," 

"Eve, please don't say that, imagine us being in the garden of Eden, just the way Adam and Eve were created," shouted Adam looking at Eve. 

"You know Adam, you calm yourself Adam but in reality, you are not Adam, we only use those names here because that is who we want to be, let's just use our normal names, you are Cathrine, and I am Sunday but please if we use Adam because we want to git in our world it won't work," 

The characters looked at each other and walked away, Cathrine tried running after Sunday but a huge form of dust prevented her from going to her.

Sunday arrives home, tired from the day but her brother kicks her backpack and throws it to the ground, spilling the content from it, even after Sunday's protesting he still looks at everything from it, "I just want something to eat, or I will tell mum you went to meet Cathrine alias Adam, when will you two stop playing the Garden of Eden guardians, those are just fables Sunday, plus mum and dad will throw you out of the house even before you finish your high school, Cathrine is a princess and she Is supposed to be married to the prince of Madona, I know I am a douche and pucks on you frequently but, I am just making sure you get mad."

Sunday has never understood why her elder brother acts so childish, but it's not like he fights her, just annoying the hell out of her, he knew about her secret with Cathrine but he didn't start acting until her parents find out, that's when he started acting as if he is supporting their decisions. 

"So how is the garden of Eden?" Mocked her brother after he found an apple and munched on it. 

Sunday lay on the bed and avoided his question, she was worried for Cathrine, she knew her parents will kill her if they find out what had been happening when their daughter has been allowed to go for a walk.'

The play went on smoothly, the characters were developing their area of expertise when it reached Davids area of madness, her mum was shocked with how she had a good grasp of the area, she was acting like a real mad person, jumping from every corner to the other, Brian's mouth was closed with a cello tape, Annie had done that work though she knew Brian wouldn't keep it for long, because the audience was mesmerized with the madman part that they couldn't prevent themselves from laughing making Broan to Join them in that part.

Though it was complicated to know why she was acting a madman since it was a love story, later they realized that it was an act to make their parents think that their daughter had been possed with some spirit and for her to heal, she had to go to the voodoo who was Sunday's mother to get some medication.

The end part was fascinating, the two love birds finally got to he one and they got married, they tried their best and finally, they got what they wanted, the audience stood up to clap for them as they bowed down to show their ending, the credits played on the screen so that everyone could know a part where their daughter played and various acting academy representative who walked into the venue late had an opportunity to know which charac6er fascinated them.

The players went to the changing room to gather their belonging, some had to change into their outfits, "congratulations guys, it's was an amazing performance," said Mr Nossy happily as he hugged them, Davids was the first to run and hug him.

"It's been a great honour to learn from you, you know, one day you should write a play or ask us to help you write a piece and perform it in the biggest theatre," said Davids while breaking the hug.

"Ooh, no one has ever said that, though you guys did lots of work, I will be happy to do it, I am happy that I found a great team this year and hope you have instilled the spirit of drama in others," said Mr Nossy as he parted her head and the locks crumbled on Davids's face. 

Davids did a bowing courtesy and the rest of the group higher her. They grouped for the final group photo with Mr Nossy beside them and they were promised it will be hung in the theatre for the rest of the years. 

Out of nowhere, Damien walked into the room while they were still shouting and started singing, though the group wanted to meet their parents and some people wanted to shake hands with them, they were all surprised with Damien's voice, though he didn't have a great voice, he winked at Davids and asked pointed at her Jazz, being the obedient servant, Davids took the Jazz and started playing it, Clara who was in the changing room walked out af6er she heard Damien's voice. 

"You've never told me he can sing?" Clara looked at Daniella with a shocked expression, she also didn't know he sing. But the more Damien projected his voice the more other guys just stood there wondering what he was up to, he then started walking slowly towards Clara's direction, Clara's heart started beating, she didn't know what he was up to, the other students remained their phones and started filming, they all knew where this was going and they lived this moment.

"Wow," shouted Daniella jumping up and down, she wanted to explain to Clara what is going to happen to her but the moment Damien bent down with one knee down, Clara was all tears as she liked at Damien.

"I love you, I know I shouldn't be for g this year but I wouldn't pick any other place for this, I want to make you proud, and tell the world you are mine. Clara, will you be my girlfriend?" Asked Damien. 

Clara was surprised, she didn't expect Damien to do this today, she thought they were already a thing because he had given him a ring, one month into their relationship and now four months later, he is asking her to be a girlfriend? 

Looking at Daniella as if she held the answers to the questions, Daniella winked at her and she said yes, the crowd cheered loudly what they didn't know was that they were being screened in the theatre and the whole audience had sat down to watch the little cute moments that we're going on there. 

They also clapped and Damien placed the ring on Clara's finger, it was a silver ring and some diamonds engraved on it. 

While admiring the ring, Damien was still down and Clara wanted to lift him but Damien stretched his hand and Davids handed him some flowers, looking at Clara, he cleared his sound, "I would love you to be my plus one on the prom night."

She said yes again and Damien gave her the flower hugging her tightly before kissing her lips tenderly. This is the first time they were doing this publicly, Damien never wanted to create attention with Clara but he knew she deserves to be recognised as the woman who stole his heart so he can as well show her to the public.

"I love you so much and I will do that every day of my life, each day I am not afraid to tell the world that you are the woman, so be proud, don't hide because I am not hiding you," Damien told her sweetly and claimed her lips again.

"Awwww!" Exclaimed the audience. 

Clara was hesitant for a moment and Damien feared that maybe he has gone too far but she later smiled and placed a kiss on her lips.

She pulled Damien out of the room and walked with her to the girls' bathroom, "when did you plan all this?

"I used some tips from Davids, she had good ones and then Brian also had some for me which were great so I had to mix things up to come with something final," said Damien as she helped her put on the shoes.

"Thank you, I am really happy, every day you come with something different and I am grateful that you were the one I found," Damien smiled after her statement and kissed her forehead.

"Have you guys seen my clothes?" Asked Davids as she burger on them in the room.

"Seriously, you couldn't pick another room?" Shouted Damien.

"Sorry guys, I am just looking for my clothes, I can't walk with these to meet my family," said Davids as she pointed at the leaves on her body. 

Damien and Clara laughed, they sent him to go ask others they might have seen them because they were changing clothes in a hurry as the were going onto the stage.

Daniella tagged along as they were looking for her clothes but they didn't find them anywhere, Davids had no other option but to put on the clothes she used on stage, "If we are getting married, please maintain your body because the way the clothes are making you," Daniella laughed and Davids pinched her cheeks playfully.
