Antonio Willan, who later found out about her true identity. "You're not Lilo, who the hell are you? Antonio said furiously making her agitated, has he been having s** with a random girl? "B-Bella! She said "Ed get her out of here" Antonio ordered his butler and Ed held her robustly "I'm p_pregnant" she held her lips, Antonio paused on his steps. 
What will happen between this two? Will they find love? Will Antonio's family accept her? Will her boss accept this?

The wrong guest

Bella couldn't believe she was being spoon fed by Antonio. He blew the hot soup with his mouth and fed her himself. "Antonio, I'm full you can go back to work now!" He placed the soup back on the trolley. "Are you sure you're fine?" He asked sweetly for her to nodd at his words.

"Daddy... Grandma's here!" The girls got into their parents room as they happily annouced the arrival of their grandparents. "Go keep her company!" Antonio sent them off as he needed time with his wife. "You worry too much, I'm fine Antonio!"

Antonio couldn't understand why his wife was suddenly sending him away. What was actually wrong with her? "I'll stay till you've fully recovered, my work is nothing compared to you!" He stood up and left the room a bit upset.

Bella got off the bed as she strode to the bathroom. She was fed up and only hoped Antonio would go back soon. Why did he have to come back now? "That stupid butler!" She murmured as she stood before the square shaped mirror to study her appearance.

Indeed she was lean and her skin had turned paler then usual. She has been so worried lately that she had forgotten to take care of herself. She had to start taking good care of herself especially now she had a baby on the way.

Walking down the stairs, Antonio took in deep breaths as he approached his mother. "Grandma, I have lots of energy in me. Mummy said it's good but I have to sleep at night!" JoJo started for her grandma to laugh endlessly.

She had missed her grandkids so much since her vacation with her husband. But she had to come back quickly, scared that they would be in bad shape. To her surprise, the twin were just fine and healthy as well.

The house looked and sounded so lively with them around. "Mother!" She heards his deep voice. "Oh, Antonio came to see how they were doing. I was shocked when they said you were around!"

"Hmm, my wife's not feeling too well so I had to come back ones I was informed. How are you?" She smiled seeing how gentle her son has become again. "I'm great, we had so much fun, I and your father!"

"That's good!" Edmund served general lunch and they all went to the formal dinning room for lunch without Bella who had already had hers.

"I haven't seen your wife since I got here, is she alright?" She darted her gaze around as if searching for someone. Like she didn't hear Antonio say his wife was not feeling right "She's sleeping. She's not feeling too well!" He repeated calmly.

"You should call the doctor over to check her!" "She said she already did that and is currently on drugs!" Antonio responded.

"Hmmm strange, I think your wife's pregnant. Let her get some pregnancy test done right away!" She pestered more to find out what was wrong with her daughter in-law. It would be a big news if Bella was pregnant, cause she would produce a heir for Antonio since that is what everyone wanted.
