Chapter 120

Bella and Tina arrived at the country they were having their vacation, it isn't going to be long before she gives birth. According to Antonio, giving birth outside of their city is the best option for his son, being that that place is no longer safe for her or his son. They already discussed where they were going, but somehow it was hard for Bella.

This city, this one they're in right now, is the city that holds her parents and family. This is where she grew up, this is her life. She was scared cause she left without a word, and if they had a means of communication, they would have communicated. She was scared cause she was now with a child, something that was against her family's laws and principles.

Though they were poor people, they still had their laws and traditions, she feared her parents might disown her forever. "Are you alright babe? Lily regrets why she couldn't make it here, but she asked for the location." Tina spoke while her eyes were on her phone. "It'll be good to have her here, especially so you girls can see my parents." Both girls met their gaze.

"You never told me we were meeting your parents." "It's my little surprise for you, it's been so long and I just wanted to see them." Both girls trudged towards the car awaiting them in the jet terminal. She couldn't believe this was her life now, just a few months ago she was a normal country girl in search of a better life, and now she was the wife of the richest man in the city.

Her life changed completely in a short time and she's here to fulfill the promises she made to her parents, give them a better life. Bella took in deep breaths gawking at each street they passed through and the people walking on them. She sighed taking in deep breaths, thinking of a way to explain things to her parents. It's not going to be easy pleasing them with money, they were contented people, they didn't ask for much but we're happy with everything they've got.

"How long does it take to get to your parents?" Tina asked becoming impatient, she was just so eager to explore the city and not just sit in the car for long. "We'd get there soon enough." Bella responded calmly, "You're anxious aren't you?"

"I haven't seen them for months, it's been ages since I last saw them. I didn't say a word before leaving they may think I'm dead and might have been worried sick about me." "It's alright Bella, they're your family, they can't cast you away. I can't recall the last time I saw or talk to my mother or siblings."

"What can I say, you're Tina." Bella teased, "And what's that suppose to mean?" She chuckled shaking her head slightly. They arrived at the remote part of the city just like the description she gave the driver, consumed by farmers and large fields, this is where she comes from, this is her home.

She wined down her glasses to inhale the scent, but quickly wind it up when she inhaled dust. "So, this must be your home?" Tina asked gazing around, "Yes, the city is where I studied that's why I'm always there." Time nodded to her words and returned her gaze to the road.

She has done lots of things and dated so many men (married and single) in the city just to change her mother and siblings' life. To become a top model in the country, one must have strong connections, and those connections are not gotten easier, you have to sacrifice a lot to get to the top. There are just some secrets about her life she hasn't yet told her friends but decided to change.

If Bella could be bold and straightforward about who she is, then why shouldn't she?

Both ladies stepped out of the car starting at a beautiful white cozy building that now looked old, but enough for people to live in. "Tina, this is the cottage I grew up in, this is my home." She smiled gaping at the building.
