CHAPTER 204:BILLIONAIRE.
Ivana noticed that Mish added some make up on her face and lip gloss. Her lips were now glowing red, she decided to ask her.
"Mish What took you so long? You missed the dancing between Lily and her husband." Ivana said.
"Really? I hope Charo have taken the video, I will watch when we arrive at home. For now I just want to admire the well dressed men." Mish said as she pulled her chair and sat down. She didn't mind the look on both Sammy and Ivana.
"Where is your wedding ring?" Sammy asked out of no where. Ivana was about to answer him when another man approached them.
"Hey Sammy I have been searching for you, I didn't know you have beautiful and gorgeous ladies here." Cameron beamed with happiness.
"Hey my name is Cameron," he greeted both Mish and Ivana.
"Hello, I am Mish and she is my cousin Ivana," Mish said as she stretched out her hand to cameron. Woow you look so dashing in that suit, you are one of the groom's men?" Mish asked trying to get the attention of Cameron.
"Yeah, that's right actually the groom is my friend and a distant cousin too."
Sammy winked at Cameron to go ahead and take Mish from the table. He wanted to have a private time with Ivana. Charo went back to the car because he was not used to parties and he didn't want to be a third wheel on the table.
"Mish can you come with me on my table, I wanted to get my friend sammy but I guess he is busy." Cameron said as he extended his arm so that Mish can hold.
Mish giggled as she stood up so happily, she wanted to be noticed by Sammy, but sammy was so busy drooling at Ivana. So when she failed to impress and seduce Sammy she went to the bathroom and added more make up and came back. So when Cameron came to there table, she wanted to have a man to talk to at that night. Now that Mike is in another country and he haven't called her for some two days now.
"Sure thing, I have been acting as a third wheel now so I don't mind," she said as she stood up. "Ivana my dear see you in the car when we will be leaving for home." Mish said to Ivana.
"Okay Sis, take care and incase of anything just call me."
"I like it that Cameron have liked your cousin, he is a shy type." Sammy commented.
"Yeah." Ivana replied.
"What is with that reply? Are you bored?" Sammy asked as he looked at her worriedly.
"No I just thought of someone, I am not supposed to be thinking of right now." Ivana answered.
"Your husband? I wonder what kind of a man he is like. I have never met him with you, since the day I heard that you are married. How can he leave you alone heavily pregnant?" Sammy asked.
'I don't even think I will leave my wife when pregnant to be alone for a second. What if something happens to her when I am not around.' Sammy thought as he waited for a reply from Ivana.
"Why should I think about my husband? He is out there making his living. I just thought about my dad, I don't know why. " Ivana answered as she sipped Rendez Vous apple wine.
"No you are pregnant baby girl, don't take wine you should drink water or any soft drink." Sammy said as he took a glass of wine from her.
"I totally forget that I am pregnant, you are correct." Ivana said and took a bottle of water to gaggle of the wine in her mouth.
"That's why you need your husband everywhere you go." Sammy said.
"Will you please stop mentioning the word husband to me." Ivana sighed she swallowed the word that she was about to say. 'No I can't let him know that we are divorced, be ause I will be opening a door for him to pursue me again.
"Why? I don't mean to invade your privacy but I hope you will answer me as a friend."
"The thing is Paul is not here in the country for time being. If he was he will be here with me, he is in nigeria." Ivana answered.
"And he had the audacity to leave you alone here, when you are pregnant?" Sammy asked. Ivana was starting to get bored with the way Sammy was asking her personal questions. She was about to excuse herself but Lily and her husband walked to their table with the cake in the plate.
"I must say that this gown really looks good on you, you are gorgeous Lily." Ivana said.
"I know right? All thanks to you, I guess after this wedding you are going to get many orders of the these design." Lily said.
Sammy picked a piece of cake from the plate then looked at Ivana surprised. He was not believing it that Ivana is the one who made the evening gown for the governor's daughter.
"But I won't be able to make them exactly like this one. Remember it's customized!"
Lily nodded then said, Thank you so much Ivana for honouring my invite. I am so happy that you came, I know you are pregnant but you tried your best. Thank you." Lily leaned on her chick and kissed her before Lily and her husband walked to another table.
"You must be a millionaire now,right?" Sammy said as he ate the cake.
"I was a millionaire at the age of fourteen. A millionaire is an underestimate for me. I am a billionaire." Ivana joked.
"Woow then share with me the money baby girl, I think the governor's daughter paid you handsomely." Sammy commented.
"No, she paid me beautifully."
"I want to advertise your designs too Ivana, when am I going to get my suits?" Sammy asked.
"I guess your suits will take long, I will make it after I have had this baby. Actually I am tired and I need good rest according to doctors instructions.
"I do understand and I wish you peaceful and safe delivery baby girl."
