They all sit down and Rachael stares at Tessy as she was talking with someone.

“She looks fine without me." she muttered to herself

“who looks fine without you? Steve puts his face close to hers she uses her index finger to push his head back.

“it's none of your business," she replied bringing out her book from her bag and the teacher walks in.

“Silence!! Who turn this place to where they tide dogs?" the teacher asks pointing at a table which dogs tide around it.

“Sir, we can’t possibly sit with dogs can we?” Rachael ask and he glares at her

“Something tells me you are not a lover of dogs," he said walking to the front of the class.

“so as I was saying I told you guys to get pets didn’t I? he ask

“of course you did." they chorused

“so here is the deal, during this one month partner will have to share the responsibility of taking care of the pets, the first person will take the pet home today and the second person will take the pet home Tomorrow and so on," he stated and Jane coughs.

“What's wrong are you sick?" he asks she stands up

“with all due respect sir why do you include a hen, I haven’t seen anyone who has chickens as a pet," she said and other students murmur in agreement.

“Nice try young lady you can sit down now miss outspoken," he remarks and the student burst into laughter.

“how many of you have a problem with your pet?" he asks and almost all the student raises their hand including Rachael

“Anastasia put down your hand," Steve whispers

“why should I? I don’t like dogs." she scoffed

“put down your hands, I just wanted to be sure the amount of students that don’t like their pets but the sad news is that am not changing it," he stated and all the class started murmuring

“Gosh it's not fair," he muttered to himself.

“Tests are not supposed to be easy they are supposed to be hard and you guys need to learn how to accept, socialize and live with your pets," he stated

“I hate this teacher," Jane said squeezing the front page of her book

“Calm down," Steve said and just then James and John walks in with their hamster and all the class stares at them.

“Are you guys for this class?” the teacher asks

“Yes, we are, sorry we are late." they both chorused trying to walk to Steve

“Are you guys happy with your pet?” he asks Jane wink at them to say no

“Yes." they chorused

“So you guys are partners you can go," he said and they both walk to their sits

Jane lean-to whisper something in James's ear

"Why are you guys late?” she asks softly

“John's grandma went to sell our hamster today and we had to go get another one," he replied

“Why did she sell the hamster?” Jane asks

“She hates hamsters, I think I will be the one taking him home from now on," James stated.
