Dayo returned to Lagos because he has to resume work the next day.

I stayed back at home because we haven't resume and moreover Kate will be coming back home tomorrow and we all can't wait to meet her.

I and mom are now kind of close like we discussed a lot and most especially my birthday dinner and the proposal and Dubai's beauty.

I got  mom and my siblings clothes, bags and shoes from Dubai shopping .

We discussed from the best day for the introduction, numbers of guests, clothes and colour that will be choose for the marriage, kinds of food we will prepare for the day even me myself I can't wait to be married to the love of my life, so planning so many things for my big day already in my head.

I couldn't help but think in my bedroom I couldn't even find my sleep since Nini told me about her engagement to Dayo.

I am only putting up a happy face in front of everyone, I am not happy at all, I am not happy that it is not Kate that is getting married.

If she was getting married to a riffraff I would have been happy at least she would be finding it hard in the marriage, her schooling will come to an end but instead she's getting married.

Getting married to a man who is capable of sending her to school and taking care of her needs.

I never thought her marriage will happen this quick, I never thought she will get married before Kate.

If only she knows my wish for this wedding is for the wedding never to take place, I want her begging from my daughter kate but now she's getting married, she would even start making kids before kate.

Although am happy that kate has a career now but Nini kept moving ahead of her.

I wish this marriage never takes place.

Mom didn't go to her store today because Kate will soon be home and we've decided yesterday to prepare special dish for the family.

We decided to prepare assorted Egusi with vegetable soup and decided to make pounded yam for all of us, this food is one of the Yoruba tribe in Nigeria traditionals food.

As I and mom were preparing the food then mom said " I think you should meet your mom's family members"

"I will mom" I said " I was even thinking of visiting her grave with Dayo"

"That's a very good idea" and she stop cutting the vegetables and drop the knife and we turn to each other and she place her hands on my shoulders facing me. " Nini, I wish she was here to see how big you've grown, how you were able to achieve a lot at a tender age" then she turns back to start cutting the vegetables and I hug her from behind.

" I know mom brought me to this world but you did everything she would have done for me, you nurture me from A year old till now, I know how naughty a year old baby could be but till now you still love and care for me. "I Love you Mom".

" You are the best mom in the world"
