CHAPTER 196.

When I  left the lawyers place , I  drove down to my parents place.

I haven't  been there for a while because I  have been busy but right now I  have to carry my parents along especially my parents,  I  can't  take a huge step like that and not let them know.

I drove into  the  compound and I  came down from my car and as I  was going to bring out what I bought from the backseat when I  heard my mom's  voice  from afar. " Finally  you remember  us today" she said with laugh and I  just smile back and bring out what I  bought for them that is in a white plastic bag and as I  got to where my mom was standing and I  postrate and she says " how are you my dear"  she asked " I am fine mom" I  said and stood up and embrace her and we both walk into the house.

I dropped the plastic  and go to pastrate to Dad who was watching CNN and I  sat down.

After a while of sitting  and discussing  politics then I  changed  the Topic.

Mom, Dad, I and Nini are back together " I  said.

" son what did you say? My dad asked.

" Yes Dad, yes Mom" I said, I  could see the shock on my parents face.

" I  am so disappointed  you Dayo, how could you go back to a woman who left, a woman who left less than a year old kids! A woman who left you for another  man for riches! I can't  believe you" she says.

" mom, the thing is everything  we thought  she did wasn't  her fault , she was .......my mom cuts in, " she was what? My mom said angrily. 

" mommy please let me explain, she was kidnapped by Mike" I  said.

" What else would he say? She would find an excuse to come back to you? Dayo are you sure she didn't  charm you? Mom asked. 

" please  mom can you just let me explain how it happened? I  said.

" we do not need an explanation  son, a woman who walks out of your life because you had a little  problem is not a woman to be loved, remember  those things you went through because of her, remember  she was living  her life  both of you made a vow, till death do you part, your mom was with me through thick and thin, she never left me for once, do you think we never went through financial  problems? We did son but your mom stood by me, she was my pillar then but when you had financial  issue where was she? In another man's arm, Dayo that woman is no woman" Dad says.

" Dayo, it seems you need deliverance  because I  do not think Nini would come back and you will recieve her with an open arms, a woman who made you go through so much leaving you alone to cater and take care of the kids, a woman who has a mind of leaving toddlers and not looking back is what you are telling me you are back together,  Dayo over my dead body will I let that woman come back to your life,as long as I  live" Mom said angrily  and stood up and goes to her room
