"Am fine", I tried faking a smile to show him how fine I am.
He gives me a skeptical look, "you didn't look all that fine when I walked out earlier; you might want to throw some light in what you mean by being okay".
I stand to my feet, making a show of not looking at him and his tight PECS; too tight I won't mind giving it a bite or two.
With face aflame at what I thought now; I run out the room with Blondie laughing as he locks the door.
It's like he knows what am thinking About of since he might have gotten the idea based in his red my face is.
Chuckling to himself, locks the door after we left it's confines.
" Am glad I can be a source of amusement to you", I purse my lips, "glad you can think everything I do amusing".
Walking into the room without bothering to knock; I know it's unlock because it's still expecting it's visitors.
Aina was really smiling from war to ear when she saw us walk in together, "thanks Buchim, without you this guy wouldn't be here", she give me a grateful smile.
Looking around I search for a mass of red fiery hair.
"He's not here", Blondie murmured, much to my disappointment.
Aina clapped to gain the attention of the converging fellows in her room, "we can proceed with the party since we're now. complete or better still close to complete", she glares at the space Reddy is supposed to sit if he came as if it's the reason for him not being here.
"Since we all missed dinner for apparently different reasons; I brought enough to share", she points at a covered table not far from where we were sitting, "the real party starts after the food have been devoured"..
The food would have been the best I ate since I came to this academy if not for the delicious one prepared for me by Blondie.
I look up as I thought of him to find him intently looking at me, "what's wrong? is there anything on my face?", I subconsciously touch my face.
Is there anything on it that's not supposed to be there?
Shaking his head he resumed his meal, "there's nothing on your face, I was just looking at how cute you are as you eat".
With cheeks flushed from embarrassment, I returned back to my food on the table.
Raising my head a little, I found most of the eyes of the occupant of our table on me.
Now this people are making me deadly conscious; is there anything on my face they're failing to tell me? is my face hideous?
I subconsciously touch my face again, "what's it again? why are you all gazing at me like there's something on my face that shouldn't be there", if I find out there was actually something on my face that they told me nothing of; I will castrate them all.
