Written On Stones

I tried stretching my arms, but was unable to based on the heavy thing I felt on my hands.

Cracking an eye open made me wince in pain, the light too bright for my poor sleeping eyes.

Trying to talk proves impossible as my mouth feels like a desert ( I've not been to a desert before, but I know how a desert is supposed to be like).

Slowly I opened my eyes, trying to adjust it to the brightness of the room am in.

Looking around the said room, I deduced am not in my room since this room isn't as well kept as my room.

Don't get me wrong, this room okay, but not neat to my standards. For example the books on the table isn't kept accordingly, the arranger didn't separate the reading books from the writting book, he kept them all together.

Looking down at the objects holding my hands and leg captive, I was met with Red, Blondie and Raven hair.

"What" I tried to speak, but my throat's too parched to allow me say the words I want to say. When talking proved abortive, I took to shaking my hands and leg to wake up the sleeping fools.

Fools who in their stupid minds thinks they're keeping am eye on me while they were only here to sleep.

Blondie was the first to open his eyes out of the three sleeping fools.

Seeing me awake, he blinked his eyes more than three times, "Blacky are you really awake?", he asked in disbelief causing the others to stir in their sleep.

I rolled my eyes at his question, but the come back I have for him couldn't be delivered due to my parched throat.

Wait till I drink some water, then will I give them a piece of my mind.

When I made a motion of drink, he got the message right, and ran to get some water for me, leaving me to glare at the two still sleeping fools.

"Reddy's being awake for almost the whole time you slept, echi was the only day he slept since you were resting", Blondie said as he handed over to me the cup of delicious sparkling water.

Greedily gulping the entire content of the cup in a single gulp, I gave him the empty cup to get more for me. My throat still needs more water before it will be officially filled.

Shaking my leg to get Kwofo to wake up, I glare at Reddy, not knowing if I should wake him up or not.

"Blondie, I swear to the dark if you glare at me again, I will murder, and bury you before Blacky wakes up", Reddy threatened a poor innocent Blondie.

"Am afraid am already awake for you to do the deeds behind my back", I bit back a smile from escaping.

At the sound of my voice, Reddy raised his head faster than I've seen a person do in my entire life.

Blinking, he gives me.an unbelievable look.
